She was lovely to speak to and even called on the weekend which was really appreciated given I struggle with time through the week.

United Kingdom | 08 March 2025I am horrified by the service received by beauty works. I spent over 70 pounds on a hot brush, the EVRI driver delivered it, sent me a photo and it was not my house. I have been unable to locate my parcel, none of my neighbours have my parcel so it's either lost or stolen. I messaged beautyworks using the WhatsApp chat, she said she thought I was still going to locate my parcel (3 days later) and that I should check my safe places, why on earth would I check my safe places when I can see in the photo they have dumped it at some other gate. She then closed the chat and left it at that, so my problem is unresolved, I have lost 70 pounds and have no hot brush, I cannot believe I have been told to search around and ask my neighbours, that is exactly what I did when I saw the photo that EVRI had sent me. Do no order from this website, you will probably not end up receiving your parcel as they use EVRI, and if you do lose your parcel I doubt they will help you. Shocking customer service I cannot believe I have wasted my money.

United Kingdom | 08 March 2025Really disappointed with the clip in extensions I received, 2x 3clips and 2x 4 clips which are both way too long in diameter, they do not sit well on my head at all! The seam is also very thick and not as flexible as I’d expect for paying nearly £250! You then get 2x singular clip pieces. Unsure as to why they don’t offer 2x 2 clip pieces which I’ve always had from any other company I’ve ordered from. Definitely will not be ordering from beauty works again. So disappointed.

Shocking customer service tell you one thing then go against their word be very careful purchasing online from them as I am now out of pocket for £350 They literally do not care about their customers who have been ordering off them for over 10 years , one issue and they totally disregard you and do nothing to help Tone of their emails and the way their staff talk to you also digusting just be very wary ordering online go to a shop and buy instead as this team are money Hungary with no regard for customer service ! Shocking

United Kingdom | 07 March 2025The hairpiece was made in such a way you could not cut a fringe into it. It just separates! Why this was made this way I'll never understand. Luckily I will still use it but should not be called fringe hairpiece.

United Kingdom | 07 March 2025I bought the 10 in 1 from boots, unfortunately the pump was faulty and did everything to try make it work, as this was a repurchase I threw the receipt away so was advised to contact the company directly. I did just that and within a few hours Lucy had given me a call to rectify the issue. Lucy was very polite and you could tell the pride she takes in her work and customer satisfaction. I was sent out a new one and received it the very next day! I will be honest and say this is one of the best customer services experience I’ve had!! It was hassle free and dealt with the same day and a replacement the next day. What more could I have asked for. Lucy was very responsive through the call and the emails. Thank you very very much, especially Lucy.

United Kingdom | 07 March 2025Had a brilliant customer service experience with Holly who took the time to ring me to discuss curling techniques on my super long 28” BW tapes. She gave me great recommendations on how to make my curls last longer and is even sending me some free BW products to help - this company really goes the extra mile! When I previously had a small issue, they were equally fantastic in going out of their way to rectify it and sending some other helpful products. On top of this, i find their hair quality amazing - my previous BW tapes lasted 7 months and were still in pretty much perfect condition when I bought new ones; I just love that fresh hair feeling but they deffo could have lasted me even longer which i find Is rare in super blonde extensions as I have. Overall, absolutely recommend BW for their quality, customer care, product knowledge and generosity!

Evri never delivered the parcel and after issues with them I contacted beautyworks with my issue in that I needed the hair before a specific day. They so quickly responded and advised they’d send out a replacement and it’d be with me by 1pm the next day. They sent it with DPD. It was so smooth and easy and it was no trouble for them. I was blown away by their quick response! Absolutely fantastic customer service ❤️
