very positive experience with huddle! There’s little to no waiting on hold when contacting them and their response time is amazing. Joe was very helpful every time i spoke to him and he patiently answered any questions i had and explained everything perfectly. Compared to the experience I’ve had until now with edf, where i was ignored and dismissed, Huddle utilities seems much more willing to actually help and solve people’s issues.

Coming to the UK as an international student and renting a house with no idea about energy expenses. My housemates and I encountered unexpected billing from Huddle and when I called to gain explanation, I met superb customer care employees who went above and beyond the call of duty. Shae and Josie's professionalism is simply exceptional. They completely changed my viewpoint towards settling issues via email.

Had a really positive experience with huddle. Spoke to Josie from customer service, very helpful and patient. Would definitely recommend for other students. Ended up getting money back at the end of the year as well. Will be renewing for final year.

Couldn’t be happier with my experience with Huddle! Everyone I spoke to couldn’t have been more professional and helpful. I have to give a shout-out to Joseph who went the extra mile for me and managed to offer me a £50 off for a first time sign up. Will 100% be returning to use their service!

Genuine scam, they will increase your monthly tariff for literally no reason - you have to OPT-OUT to stop the increase!

constant harrasment from huddle, they couldn't locate our meter, sent someone around who did, still told us they couldnt locate it, hassled us to read a smart meter that I couldnt reach, got our meter mixed up with another company and then charged us due a processing error on their end with our account absolute con that takes advantage of people and dont care EDIT 19.6.23 I am still receiving emails asking me to read a meter I cannot reach despite them saying someone would attend to read it for me. Passing a complaint to an ombudsman as I am sick of this. Sort it out Huddle. Stop harrasing your customers.

Not great! We keep trying to get into contact to discuss our heating as every month we’re over but it’s hardly on. Our electricity usage is low and it’s just not adding up. Everyone has ignored our emails and we’ve been told it’ll even out but it hasn’t and we don’t want to be liable for an issue we have continuously raised

The chap who handles my case was absolutely brilliant if they was more people like him on the phones it would be a lot easier and better service as you know it can be quite hard to sort complaints out over the phone, outstanding customer service skills definitely should be a manager Karl thanks for your help

Received a bill for a rented property i let out despite nothing to do with me, took ages getting throught to someone. Now i have to email tenancy agreement across to prove the tenant is responsible despite living there for 2 years!

Called up today as my bills had gone missing from portal, only to be told they had been cancelled unbeknownst to me, as I had been put on wrong tariff since being with them and that I would be going on to higher more expensive tariff, this after just 2 months earlier my whole contract being cancelled by mistake by Huddle. Asked why and was told, I would have to wait for bill to be issued. My last bill was from Sept last year, yet I've been paying £253 each month since then. The adviser doesn't even know what is happening. Utterly disgraceful!
