Any issues have been sorted so quickly and easily over the phone and I’ve never had to chase my flatmates for payments or be out of pocket. Super simple and easy and very decently priced too! 10/10 have to do this if you share your house!

But after speaking to a Huddle rep face to face they made it a lot easier to understand what the next steps were with setting up our account

Website, T&C's, contract and Google listing all state the prices are 'guaranteed' to be fixed for the duration of the tenancy. 5 months in and huddle have just increased the bill from £88 to £160 with no reasoning or justification, when we are using significantly less than this. Promised twice that they would deal with our complaint within 24 hours and now been 3 days with no updates. We're now forced to try to find an alternative provider at a time when many aren't taking customers, causing us significant financial and emotional stress

Advertised as guaranteed not to be effected by price rises. Customer service had no idea when I called, feel sorry for all the calls they will get today! Avoid at all costs!
