A really good service that we haven’t found anywhere else on the market (unlimited energy in this day and age?!). Dropped a star because it took over a month for our wifi to be sorted. While this is probably more Virgin’s fault than Huddle’s, their responses were quite slow and it didn’t particularly feel like they were trying to chase the provider. They did eventually give us a 4g dongle to use in the meantime which was good of them but very slow, and the first one didn’t work

My experience with huddle for the past year has been good and easy. The process of assigning your card so the bills money is withdrawn automatically from your bank account is in my opinion very convenient. Overall a good experience, fixed prices and did not come across any issues this past year.

Huddle have been useful and helpful for student bills this year, good to know the consistent price every month especially in cost of living crisis.

Transferred our utilities over to them without asking or notifying the new occupants of the tenancy. A somehow legal commission scam between property management and themselves to automatically switch new occupants over to them as that's seemingly the only way anyone will use them. They are overpriced and convoluted. They farm out to other utility companies so you can never go directly to the company you have an issue with, you have to speak to them and pray someone happens to pick up the phone and sort it for you. Just set up your own utilities, it's easier in the long run, and far cheaper, and if you have any issues, it'll be far easier to sort out... There's plenty of information out their for students and alike in getting started setting up your utilities. Don't let companies like these take advantage of anxieties regarding setting up utilities. It's easier than you think, less time consuming than you think, and once you've done it once then you'll be confident for all the next times! TLDR : Don't use huddle, set up your utilities yourself, I promise it's easier than you think.

I’ve absolutely loved using huddle. While it’s slightly more expensive the relief of knowing exactly how much our bills are going to be every month and that it’s coming out of everyone’s bank accounts so no one needs chasing makes it so worth it. Getting to put on the heating whenever we want or having extra long showers has just been so lovely.

So simple to use. Always super friendly and helpful when having to make contact. Great use of graphs & allowing tenants to see their usage. Regular updates and reminders to submit readings which is perfect! Using again this year :)

It is helpful to have everything in one place and be able to pay individually however there have been some glitches with registering our monthly readings and fitting the smart meter.

I’m a uni student and would definitely recommend to other uni students. It’s very easy and is straight forward. You don’t have to worry bout dealing with it too much. Every time in the year I called someone for help every person on the phone and Email were so nice and helpful I really had a good experience with huddle. The prices for students is really good too. Highly recommend.
