Avoid at all cost . Raised prices so we switched providers as contract states we can . We’ve been switched two months and paying another provider for said months . Huddle took money for. Our accounts the first month so we took the card details off. And they’ve tried again this month. We’ve spoken to huddle and they know we’ve switched yet keep trying to take money that isn’t there’s. Bills are expensive as is let alone having a company chase and threaten you with charges if we don’t pay . Company’s absolute shambles .

I had to give 1 star because no star wasn't a option. Honestly the worst company, ridiculously expensive , no organised at all, they say they divide fairly but they haven't in my case, huge hooha! Do not go with huddle!

We waited a week for the welcome email to sign up , then when we called about how to sign up when we finally received the email, huddle said if we didn’t sign up soon they would have to escalate things when it was huddles fault

You're emails are terribly written the first paragraph made me think that everything was set up and as I understandably would rather not spend one more second thinking about the grotesque redistribution of wealth that current energy prices represent I did not read further.

Spoke to someone on the phone about signing up to huddle. The person was extremely helpful, and went out of their way to ask the relevant people any questions I had. Couldn't have asked for a nicer expereience.
