I work for the Met Police and came across MSG online and am so glad I did. Their quotes were extremely competitive and communication throughout was excellent. After ordering a Mercedes A180, I was told the dealership had sold the car I’d ordered before they received my order; MSG managed to get me an A200 for the same price and arranged delivery within a month. Stephen and Clare were excellent in arranging my order, patiently talking me through My options and the process; they were never pushy (in fact saving me money with canny advice around millage) and always available and responsive. I rarely leave reviews but I can’t recommend MSG enough. I’ll be going back to them for my next car.

Very happy with the whole Motor Source experience. They were very helpful and kept us well informed throughout. However, this was undermined right at the end by what appeared to be a breakdown in communication with regard to the delivery of the vehicle and the lack of any formal handover or briefing by the Ford dealer. The subsequent failure of the car's rear door latch was a further inconvenience, which might have been picked up by a formal handover. However, the latch problem was clearly a Ford quality control issue, rather than anything to do with Motor Source.

Value for money excellent. Sales team were non pushy and prompt to make contact. Delivery coordinator rubbish - I was informed when I ordered the car that I would receive regular updates until the car was delivered. I had no updates from them at all despite the car being delayed several times. The only updates I received were replies to chasers I sent them which was very frustrating

Excellent service by Lewis when ordering my second car from Motorsource. Price was very competitive and not matched by local dealers. Following order placed, Sam kept me up to date on delivery times and any other issues I had. A great service.

Overall a good experience. The purchase process was easy and trouble free, handled by Lewis Chapman. There was no pressure selling, he just laid out the facts answering my questions honestly and the discount offered enabled me to buy a new car. The delivery process was not quite as smooth. Unfortunately there was a number of delays, not the fault of Motor Source Group, but it was dealt with smoothly by Jessica and the car was delivered to my home address. All in all an easy experience although I had to do a bit of chasing things.Lewis and Jessica were both pleasant, helpful and professional.
