The staff were friendly, they kept me well informed at every stage, the car turned up exactly when they said it would. They also helped me get a good deal on the finance. Trouble Free Experience I decided to speak with Motor Source Group after getting the run around from main dealers who seemed reluctant to talk deals and had strings attached when they did. Stephen in sales at MSG was very informative and patient in outlining the options even preparing quotes for different vehicles and specs quickly and efficiently. The prices were very good with none of the main dealer nonsense. I was a little concerned as I had not bought a car remotely before, but Laura organised the collection of our trade in, delivery of the new car and all the admin. My dealings with Motor Source Group were straightforward and efficient. The mistake I made was trying to support the British Motor Industry by choosing a Vauxhall Astra Sports Tourer. I won't bore you with the details, of which there are many, but if anyone ever tries to tell you that the ailing British Motor Industry is purely a result of Brexit, DON'T believe them!

To be honest I was wary of these people because I was committing to a buying a car for a 5 figure sum and online not through a dealer or person to person with a car dealer. I searched the web for dirt but couldn’t find any but noted that MSG were FCA regulated. So putting all this aside and accordingly proceeding I am delighted with everything. The car was delivered on the back of a Nissan truck by a main Nissan dealer with 4 miles on the clock. Immaculate and completely brand spanking new.
