Apart from a couple of hiccups I managed to acquire a top quality car at a very good price which offset the issues that I had. The timescales were a little tight but the company did try to make the process as easy as possible.

Excellent friendly service and very efficient

Motorsource group were excellent from start to finish. Stuart in sales was able to quote and honour a price that was £1500 below what any dealers/online brokers were able to go down to and the ordering process was hassle free, without any high pressure sales techniques. Once the order was place I was handed over to my deliver coordinator, Jessica. She went above and beyond the call of duty, keeping me updated regularly and providing very helpful assistance when a factory shutdown delayed delivery by 2 months. She really is a credit to a company and an ambassador for first class customer service. Now that I have collected the car (Seat Leon Estate) she can have a well-earned break from my needy emails! - thanks Jess!. I would wholeheartedly recommend Motorsource Group enough and will be using them again in future.

I purchased a new car via the motor group through the blue light company. I work in a very stressful job I am in my car for long hours so I needed something comfortable. I thought that getting a new car this was might be a bit difficult due to distance but if fact it was very easy and efficient. both Stephen Freestone and Jessica Giles were excellent they helped/supported me through the process. Nothing was too much trouble for them. My car arrived last week without any problems. I have made the right choice the care is very comfortable and easy to drive. I would recommend using this service to my colleagues. Excellent, stress free & easy experience.

The level of service provided was excellent. The speed at which they processed the application was also excellent. The regular updates left us knowing exactly where we were. Even when our delivery coordinator went on holiday, we were kept up to date by another member of the team who was able to answer the questions we had regarding the delivery of the car. 5 stars all round for the personal service given making us feel a valued customer. Amazing service and kept up to date all along. I was suspicious this was some sort of scam due to the amazing deal (almost £10000 off the car) but it was all true. Really friendly and accommodating staff (Stephen and Amy). All in all I couldn't recommend more highly.

The service provided by Lewis and Sam was first class. The advice provided by Lewis was second to none and the price we paid meant we could purchase a new car with the spec we wanted.
