I have never purchased a car this way before and have always used main dealerships. However purchasing my new Audi was very straightforward. I got exactly the car I configured on the Audi website for many thousands of pounds cheaper. It was delivered in the month expected and the final delivery to my home was at a date and time arranged. Warranty and services are at any Audi dealership. I dealt with Lewis and Samantha and they were very friendly and helpful throughout. I cannot see any negatives and thoroughly recommended Motor Source Group if you want to save serious money on your new vehicle.

I was looking to buy a nearly new Audi A4/ex demonstrator when I saw the Motor Source Group website. I managed to get a brand new Audi A4 Black Edition cheaper than the cars I was looking at. I was initially sceptical about such a good deal but the price quoted is the price you pay. The ordering process was very simple and all done online. All pre delivery paperwork was again done on line and I was kept informed of the progress. The car was transported to my home free of charge at the agreed time. Thank you to Lewis and Laura. Nice website and good correspondence via email. However, when it came to them "Through our network of buyers we can find you the best price for any make or model of part exchange vehicle" the price they came up with was much lower than even webuyanycar - who are well known to give low valuations. Also, the valuation came back very quickly, so not sure how many of the "network" of buyers were consulted. Anyway - went to the local dealer, got the same price on the new car, cheaper finance and almost £1,000 more for part exchange. Shame.

I'm an ex Firefighter and heard that Motor Source Group provided new cars at discount prices to Fire Brigade personnel, armed Forces and other Public Sector workers. We decided what car to buy, a Toyota Auris Hybrid but these were no longer being made; however, MSG contacted Toyota and found the last one which was perfect for my needs. They also offered me a good discount, somewhat less than the dealers' price. I was passed on to a lady in their customer care who arranged delivery of the car to the local Toyota Dealer who delivered to car to my house at the time arranged. A completely hassle-free transaction, much to my satisfaction. I'm happy to give MSG 5 stars for perfect service!
