The Cycle Exchange website is great, with plenty of photos of their bikes and accurate descriptions for the specifications. The whole purchase process was really simple, including availing of the 0% interest offer and quick to complete. Delivery was excellent too, both in terms of speed of delivery and how the bike was packaged. I'm really pleased with the bike I bought.

Having researched the bike that would suit me i found one at Cycle exchange. I wasnt sure of the size so the Bedford shop agreed with CE that two different sizes of the same bike would be at the shop the next day ... and they were. Both bikes were in perfect mint condition, one of which i bought. Great service and really helpful people at CE too. Would definately use again and would definately recommend them if you are looking for a bike.

The bike was delivered to my house by their own delivery service, I didn’t have to deal with any packaging or assembly. The driver answered all my questions on the spot and made sure I was happy with my purchase. The bike came really well serviced and clean. All the components were serviced to a professional degree. A simple yet effective way of buying a “new” bike. Great online service and excellent communication from first to last with various members of the customer service team. Although I expected more for my own bike they provided an honest and fair price for my bike (in exchange) in comparison to the one I wanted to purchase and the delivery and collection service was effective and efficient with the bike coming ready to ride. Even had the saddle height measured perfectly and the offer to put my pedals on. If I do buy a bike in the future I will certainly consider Cycle Exchange and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who reads this review. Oh and the bike(Giant Defy) is an absolute dream to ride and I feel completely dialled in.
