I spotted my dream bike on their website, but was nervous about paying a lot of money for a pre-used bike. I therefore bombarded Max with questions who answered every single one quickly, patiently, and with all the information I wanted. To achieve buying my dream bike I decided to trade both of my bikes in against it. This was no problem and after some negotiation we hit on a part ex price that was fair for everyone. I arranged to go and view the bike and they took it off sale whilst I travelled down, despite having not paid a deposit. Upon arriving after a three hour journey all the staff were friendly and really could not do enough for us. They agreed to swap various components and fitted an out front mount to my new bike. The new bike was in perfect condition other than a slight scuff on the rear mech. The price for the bike was very good. I was allowed to test ride it. They gave what they had offered for my bikes without any issues having understandably checked them thoroughly. I have dealt with lots of bike shops but these really are a great company who I would not hesitate to recommend. I have not stopped smiling since I rode my new shiny dream bike ! One last note, the coffee is excellent as well !!

I am totally delighted with the Colnago C64 frame set I bought from Cycle Exchange. Knock out price at 45% less than a new one and in near perfect condition. Matt did a great job building up my bike with my own and other new components, and the guys were immediately on the case when I dropped by a couple of days riding later for a tune up. 100% happy customer. Purchased the trek x-calibier 7 bike 2020 medium size which turned up very quickly within 3 days which I was happy about and the customer service was great. However, they sent out a large and said they didnt have a medium in stock. Other than that would recommend.

The team at Cycle Exchange were incredible. From my first visit I was in awe of the shop with all the fantastic bikes on offer and on display. After speaking with one of the team I was able to test ride the bike which had caught my eye online the day before with ease. Their flexibility in switching components was just another positive to my experience. I also took advantage of the cycle to work scheme which Cycle Exchange again dealt with, with ease and no hassle. All in all a great experience... this will be the first place I visit in the years that follow when the time comes for an upgrade.

Brilliant customer service. I saw a bike in their workshop online that looked like a good fit, so spoke with them on the phone to get their expert opinion on whether it would be the right size. When I came to collect the bike, they were really friendly and helped to double check it was suitable for me - I’m so pleased with it!
