Due to a change in my cycling circumstances (ie a new disc brake bike) I had a high end Cervelo that I didn't need anymore. I saw Cycle Exchange and decided to approach them for a quote on my bike. I admit that I was sceptical and thought it was very likely they would make me a low offer then keep chipping it down (like a Webuyanycar for bikes). They did make me an offer and I considered it to be fair and reasonable. I shipped my bike to them, they inspected it the next morninng, confirmed their offer stood and payment was made by 11am that morning. I cannot praise them enough. My initital doubts were overcome and they treated me and my bike fairly and I consider the final price paid to be fair and reasonable.

Overall Pleased with service and purchase. Only gripe is handlebars were not secured which only became apparent after 10 miles or so. This was easily rectified without incident but could have been serious.

Really impressed with the team at Cycle Exchange especially Todd who advised me on what work was required on my hybrid- Trek 7.5 FX (white) The chain had been slipping off regularly and become dangerous to ride. Todd informed me how this issue would be resolved, what parts need replacing (chain ring, cassette, new chain, new gear cable) and identified other issues with bracket, headset ball bearings. Also provided an estimate in advance and kept me regularly informed on progress. Thx so much.. bike is now fully tuned and a pleasure to ride.
