Found some used mavic cosmic wheels on their website,absolutely as described, faultless from ordering to the well packaged delivery,they ran a free delivery promotion a couple of days after ordering,used their chat function on the website to see if any chance of the free delivery ,not a problem so saved £30,very happy with cycle exchange and will definitely be using them again

I searched everywhere for an adult tricycle to buy locally, couldn't find one anywhere, so I bought one on-line, unbranded, which turned up in a flat pack. I did not even attempt to build it myself as I wouldn't have known where to start. After phoning round several bike shops including Halfords etc, I contacted Cycle Exchange to which I had the most helpful response, I delivered the 'box' to them and in less than a day, they contacted me to say it was complete, despite one of the parts being the wrong part for the bike, they adapted it and completed the job. They also delivered the trike to me as I was a bit nervous about riding it as I hadn't been on a bike for more than 30 years. I cannot tell you how thrilled I am. The price was a lot cheaper than I thought it would be and worth every penny. It was very refreshing to find such a busy company with the time to be polite, friendly and very professional. The bike is excellent and I am now riding it round like a young thing. I would definitely recommend this company, they were fab.

Cycle Exchange were very easy to deal with - Hazel in particular. Their offer price for my bike was higher than a couple of other dealers id visited and on the day a great deal was struck on a new frame, all completed without fuss.

EDIT: response is a total lie, ive not spoken to anyone at all- only expressed my displeasure at the chat window that cuts off 1/3 of the page and cannot be gotten rid of. called the police indeed- hilarious!! im sure this is a good company, i'll never know because the chat window is the most intrusive thing ive ever endured on a website, cant be gotten rid off and just comes back if you close it. makes the website unusable.

offered a good choice of 2 e-bikes from which I chose the correct size for the specialized SL comp - other was Pinarello, as much as I loved it better, I couldn't have it as it was size 54 and not S nice to have a 2nd hand shop My review AFTER buying the Specialized Creo SL is even better than BEFORE. The assitant in the shop was completely right when she suggested to buy the Specialized over the Pinarrello - the Specialized is overall a much more advanced machine from motor and other points of view. Pinarrello looks fantastic, but Specialized rides better and has more potential. Pinarrello battery has to be removed before charging, and its more complicated to use. Handling might be better on Pinarrello, but overall the Specialzed is more robust I think

I had the most unpleasant experience trying to buy a bicycle from Cycle Exchange. They sold it from under my nose, as I was paying for it, to someone else.
