Holiday Insurance I did this online, being an elderly lady I don’t do things online very often. However I went through the form online easily but when I had paid and was printing off the policy, I realised there had been no questions about my health so I had to phone company, the young lady who dealt with me was very calm and polite and sorted out everything immediately.

A very helpful, friendly person took my call and dealt sympathetically with my manifold issues.

Pleased to renew my travel insurance with Free Spirit Unfortunately my previous policy had run out and although I did receive a reminder from Free Spirit I omitted to renew it. Simple procedure to renew once I got round to it!

Very impressed with service, took annual plan rather than two week plan, only slightly more expensive and very simple to fill in form.

I have recently had contact with three lovely people whilst renewing my travel insurance policy. Each one has gone the extra mile to ensure my needs have been met. I appreciate both their patience, professionalism and also their sense of humour during their dealings with me. Thank you again, it is most refreshing to deal with people that know their products and processes so well.

Basically the service provided was what I expect from a company. The level of telephone contact was kept to a level which I want. Another plus was the price and level of cover. Highly recommended
