I was struggling to find insurance for my existing health conditions when a friend recommended Free Spirit. The customer services were extremely helpful and I was sorted with my first phone call. Excellent!

I was very disappointed to not receive a renewal invitation for our travel policy, apparently Free Spirit sent the renewal information to a broker who I do not, an never have used. The price has risen £70.00 this year which is wholly unjustified. I will be shopping around next year.

Booked with confidence. I have always used Freespirit for our travel insurance. Unfortunately we had to cancel one of our holidays some years ago due to a medical problem but Freespirit were first class and we got our money back (less the excess) Make sure you declare everything as they will write to your GP in an event of a claim. I was worried my premiums would rocket or they would not insure me again after having to made a claim but they did and my quotes were still competitive. Gives you peace of mind.

My wife & I are over 75 years old and had an existing Europe travel insurance with Free Spirit. Our circumstances had changed and I could not get a quote online. I rang and left a callback message and they did call me. Everything was explained to me and the associate Jan was very helpful. We now have an over 75 UKonly travel insurance for the next 12 months. Very happy with help and service.

Although found the form rather difficult once completed all went well. Have used you before hence my return though I am and remain shocked at how unbelievably expensive you have become. Not sure will keep using but for now hopefully all will be well.

I had been searcing for travel insurance for 'over 80's'. The premiums were between £3000 and £5000 - they did include £10 million medical cover which seemed a ridiculous amount and I decided to look further.
