I have just bought the travel insurance, so have not used the service yet and hope not to have to. Buying was easy enough, and I do have a previous experience buying your insurance but did not need to claim. Ask me again if I have to claim.

My wife and myself are both in our 70's and have underlying health conditions. It gets harder and harder each year to get travel insurance (and they say there is no age discrimination!). We also needed more than the 35 days in one holiday because of our motorhome trips to Europe. As I said we got annual cover for both of us with a 45 day max. We used them last year and have continued this year with very little increase in premium.

Very helpful service, and reasonably priced quote

Have had a policy with this company before and they were first class. I did not renew for the last two years because of Covid. I have just renewed for the coming year and found them to be best again. Only criticism is that they are virtually impossible to contact by phone to help with any query. Did not have this problem when with them previously.
