Outstanding. Used them for eight years on behalf of my son who has learning difficulties and travels widely with supported holidays. The cover is straightforward to set up, comprehensive and excellent value for money. The inquiry line is always quick to respond with detailed and knowledgeable replies. Can't really fault them!

Competitive pricing for elderly travellers with medical conditions. Helpful when I had to adjust the policy coverage very soon after taking it out.

Getting hold of you to arrange travel insurance was difficult. Firstly tried doing it online but kept getting to the end and it would go to a white screen. Then waited ages on the phone. Once I managed to get through the help and advise was brilliant with a very courteous lady.

I received quotes from several insurers. Although Free Spirit was not the cheapest or most expensive, the scope of cover was the most comprehensive. My queries were answered in a friendly helpful manner. Unlike other companies I was not hassled to accept the proposed quote. In short a insurer who was a pleasure to do business with.

Easy to use and good comparative prices

A very helpful member of staff helped me through the process, making the it much easier for me. It was however quite difficult to get through to Free Spirit as they are quite busy but on the 3rd attempt I managed it.

Staff were found to be friendly and helpful, the price was good, but as with any insurance the proof of the pudding will be in the eating .
