I needed to purchase travel insurance for a trip to Hungary. In my mid 70s and a few medical issues so travel insurance is not easy to find. I was helped today by Ray and she walked me through every option available. Ray was thorough and empathic when asking all of the medical questions. My questions were all sympathetically dealt with and I had no doubts about the level of cover or the costs. It was refreshing to be told prices which included the IPT component of government take. Ray spent around 20 minutes on the phone with me and the result was I had obtained travel health insurance for my trip and now know where to send friends and relatives who need travel insurance if they have existing medical conditions.
