United Kingdom | 18 March 2022Got a bit confusing for me when it came to the Active Pack as I did not choose any and it came up with Pack 1 for me so I phoned Free Spirit and they were able to put my mind at rest telling me that Pack 1 is always included in the policy. Have been with Free Spirit previously and they were excellent in settling a small claim - hence I stayed with them.

United Kingdom | 12 March 2022Background: January 2022 - I could not go on holiday as I tested positive on my 'PCR' fit to fly. I would describe making an actual Insurance Claim with Free Spirit 'difficult' and 'frustrating'. Once you actual have a valid insurance claim, Free Spirit do not handle your claim and pass on your details to a *very* poorly reviewed Insurance Agency. My experience with the Insurance Agency was below satisfactory. I was fortunate that my Insurance Claim is straight forward ( PCR Positive for Covid = No fly) but Free Spirit are negligible for 'farming' claims out to such a badly reviewed Agency. I will be writing a formal complaint. Approach with extreme caution.

I advised the assistant what had happened with the phone and was given the most ridiculous explanation about the system and also told it was 'pot luck' if I got through by phone.... unbelievable.
