Free Spirit was the most competitively priced insurance for my 90 and 86 year old parents with pre existing medical conditions. Without their cover they would not have been able to afford to go with the rest of the family to Portugal.

Found the insurance policy painful to finalise. Especially for only three nights in France. the operative Anne was very friendly, very patient and knowledgeable. Too many questions to answer. It seems if you are ancient (like me) it requires every cough and sneeze to be disclosed. However finally done, and insured.

I was very pleased with the help and support that was given by the lady on the phone . I’d phoned several different companies to either be told I couldn’t be insured or they wanted thousands of pounds all because I have cancer . I will be using them every time I go on holiday now . Highly recommend.

Fantastic service from Free Spirit Travel Insurance. Covered all my pre-existing health conditions and at a reasonable price. A third of the price quoted from other well know insurance groups. Cover is amazing. Fingers crossed I will not need to use the insurance but if I do I will let you know how it goes.

Straightforward questionnaire, no lengthy explanations and easy to follow. Should I need to use my insurance and it continues to be easily followed through, then I will give an extra star!!
