Very easy to answer questions on line and get a quote. I asked for a hard copy and was told I would get it in five days. No problems at all.

I was unable to complete the quote for my husband online and advised to call the customer service team. The call was answered quickly, the advisor was really polite and the quote was amazing despite him having a brain tumour! Given all previous quotes for travel insurance have been more than we've paid for a holiday and the efficient service received I would highly recommend Free Spirit Travel Insurance.

Expensive , due to my having cancer which is now gone. Also they made a mistake on my birth date , when corrected I was asked for another £32 payment. I have since been refunded this additional charge ( thank you customer services) I will check with them when i next need a policy hopefully, renewals will improve as the distance to my cancer in time extends,
