We really enjoyed the tour.Our guides were so knowledgeable and taught us the rice growing cycle. They also explained some of their important rituals and beliefs. This enriched our trip and gave us a connection to the people who live here that we will bring home with us. Oh and the riding was really fun and easy.

I ordered the bike with a torque sensor, however it doesn’t work very well, the PAS engages very inconsistently and sporadically despite pedaling quite hard. You also have to hold the PAS button and engage everytime you turn the thing on. The battery shows mostly depleted🪫 immediately after charging as soon as I begin riding and the speedometer only seems to register a speed if PAS is engaged. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed in this purchase as the EBC was supposed to be a premium product and I was would return it if I could. Additionally the customer service experience has been utterly nonexistent. Poor communication, poor understanding of their own product and poor overall quality. Sad because I really wanted to like this bike.

Really nice helmet, love the white paint job. Tailight works well. The only problem I have is that the helmet shape doesn't fit my head. It's too tight front to back, and too loose side to side.

The delivery, setup, and riding experience have all been beyond wonderful. First I want to say ordering was a breeze and after debating for a while, it was worth pulling the trigger. Second, the delivery was prompt and came in packaging that was easy to take off. Setting it up was easy, the instructions were very clear. Finally, having a larger body this is fantastic! Easy on the knees when riding and extremely comfortable seat with ability to adjust many angles to fit my body. I cannot recommend this more! (Bonus, it's lighter than most other ebikes I've done research on, but still very sturdy) I cannot wait to take her camping, around town, and everywhere else with me!

I love my electric bike Model R. It does seem to hesitate when I’m in assist mode when changing options. My experience with my rep, Blake is at this point unforgivable. He was anxious to help until he had my credit card. Then my questions took longer and longer to answer. When I received my bike it was missing a battery🙃. Got that replaced. The technology for location was a nightmare. First they sent me someone else’s registration. I called the customer and he said it was years since his purchase as all his personal information was in the box. The second one I received was missing parts. The third one I received I could not register. I called the company and they told me the device was registered to someone else. Now the $49 mirror. This was a joke. I tried to put it together. My husband tried and finally we paid to have a professional bike mechanic put it on. First time out it fell apart. My sales rep then sent me another mirror. He said it was the last one and it was great! Well I received it and it had been opened as the plastic bag holding the pieces was ripped. Well, needless to say worthless!! Customer service, Mike was Excellent! He refunded my location technology and mirror and even sent me a ups return label. So I have to ask myself, would I buy this bike again? Probably, YES, HOWEVER NOT WITH BLAKE. Unfortunately, my low score was because of Blake!! Mike in Customer Service was excellent as well as the owner of the company. Perhaps, he should stay making “how to” videos and forget sales. Blake’s communication and follow up is well beyond lacking!! Blake takes your money and than forgets who you are! By the way Blake I’m still waiting for my handle bar cap since the mirror fell to pieces!!!

I am very happy with my bike. My only complaints are that I would have liked a bit more input on frame styles and acceptable terrain when I spoke with the representative or a more comprehensive comparison chart on line that addresses that. Also, the manual needs some work. It needs more in depth information and written for ebike newbies.

The staff seem pleasant. However, there needs to be more communication between EBC and its customers before, during, and after the sale. All salesmen should be well informed about all of their bikes and products. All details of each bike and its options should be well explained. At the end, I love my bike!!!

I have been looking at E-Bikes for a few months and have chatted with more than a few sales people. Blake at EBC has been great, he answered all my questions over two days and made product suggestions. I pulled the trigger on the Model A, Basket and Lock. I 100% would recommend EBC and more importantly Blake. He helped me make my decision to give my business to EBC!!

Nice bike, works as expected. The bike was well packaged for shipping and I have yet to come across any flaws. Customer service has proven to be a delight. An employee consistently answers the phone and is often helpful, too. I returned a helmet and promptly received a refund. It's so refreshing to conduct business with a company that is available and responsive. I heartily recommend the Electric Bike Company.

Each and every time I take my bike in for a flat tire or a tune up i am always happy with the service. I usually go to the Huntington Beach location. They are always fast and friendly. I appreciate them and their work.
