United States | 26 May 2023Great bikes. I bought 2 Model E’s loaded. Mine is great but my wife was uncomfortable with its weight. So we traded it in for an Aventon Pace 500.3. A lighter bike that she is more comfortable riding. Notwithstanding the foregoing we love ❤️ your bikes.

United States | 25 May 2023Best decision I ever made! I surprised my husband with the Model R because I enjoy my Model E so much! Since then, we go out for 22 mile rides at a time like it’s nothing. I could never do that with a regular bike. An E bike makes me feel 7 again! The Electric Bike Company bikes are high-quality. Everywhere we go people ask us about our bikes because they are so beautiful. I loved that we were able to design our own. They are comfortable to ride. I can’t say enough good things about the Electric Bike Company bikes. They are the best bikes I’ve ever seen and ridden.

United States | 19 May 2023I really want to rate this higher because I love my Model S that is red whit and blue. Extended battery and ride are great. Customer service is very responsive but here is my gripe…The box it came in was a brand Ken mess and one of the fenders had a dent. EBC replaced it quickly but wow is it a hassle to take the rear tire off and get it back on by yourself. I left for travel for a couple months and returned to a battery that went into sleep mode (from hell). After trying everything from ENC troubleshooting recommendations, I reached out to ENC customer service. Immediate response…but with bad news. No where do remember reading anything that says if your battery goes into “sleep mode” you need to either buy the additional exterior charger or send the battery back to EBC for it to be awaken. $199.00 plus $20.00 shipping for the charger. I see I received a coupon for $50 if I left a review which was prior to my debacle. The coupon is only good if you spend over $200.00 not $199.00. I ordered the bike loaded, larger battery, upgraded paint, basket, alarm etc. I don’t need more stuff to clear the $1 hurdle.

Italy | 18 May 2023we went to miami this year and tested their bikes at a dealer in miami. we fell in love with them, they are gorgeous. Unfortunately for the purchase and importation into Italy we were not helped at all. they made us buy the bicycle without telling us that importing it would have been almost impossible. so we trusted. it took us 2 months and over 5,000 euros to import it. and the company is highly uninterested in it. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. they don't care about the customer at all.

United States | 18 May 2023Ordered a model Y for my wife’s Christmas present in December. Ordering process on the website is straight forward and easy to use. The back arrive very quickly and my wife loves it. The build quality is exceptional. We ordered the wood fenders and chain guard and the are amazing, the craftsmanship is like a fine piece of furniture. The only thing to take note of is that the model Y is clearly a woman’s bike, yet it is a rather large frame. At 5’4” it is a bit big for my wife.

United States | 10 May 2023I ordered my Model E e-bike in January, 2023. I “chatted” with a sales rep online. This was my first experience purchasing an e-bike. He was very informative, helpful and patient with me. I am a 66 year old woman. I was most concerned about purchasing an e-bike that would accommodate my severe arthritis. He walked me through the benefits of this bike. My final question for him was, “If I was your grandmother would you encourage me to buys this e-bike?” His answer was “Yes”. This company was exceptionally accommodating. I live in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. In January , February, March, and April we had over 120 inches of snow. There was no way I could ride the bike to make sure I really wanted it. They waited until May to ship it and I got it on May 10. I love this e-bike! Thank you so much!

United States | 07 May 2023If you are looking for an electric bike, look no further! I have been looking at electric bikes for the last couple of years. Being a 65+ year old, I have been really picky about the bike I chose. I wanted a bike that was well balanced as these bike are very heavy. I wanted a bike that was easy to get on & off. I wanted a bike that had top of the line parts. And, I wanted a bike that was beautiful. I got everything for which I was looking plus one amazing addition…Electric Bike Company’s Customer Service and Repair Persons! I purchased a Project Beautiful Model Y in Twisted Guava in Feb 2023. I love the bike, however after 2 months I realized I needed to add the 7 gear cassette as my husband and I are full-time RV travelers and often are in mountain terrain. So, I called the EBC’s Huntington Beach location, told them that we would be in So. California for about 24 hours (I see doctors there 2 times a year) and would they be able to install the cassette for me in that time. They told me to bring my bike (I named Iris) when we first arrived in So. Cal and they would get her done so I could pick her up the next day on our way back to So Arizona. When we got to EBC and took Iris off the bike rack, I noticed that the speaker I had installed on the handle bar had lost it’s rubber protection (we hit a rain and wind storm outside Palm Springs) and the speaker had badly scratched my black handle bars when it spun in the storm. I am a perfectionist! Even though I knew this minor damage was going to make me crazy, I forgot to mention it to the repair people. The next morning when I called to ask about Iris’ upgrades I found out that they were unable to reinstall my wood chain guard. I could not understand why, and they told me that they needed to show us what the problem was. I then asked them if they could switch out my damaged handle bar for a new one even though it would have been easier if I had asked them when I dropped her off the day before. Customer Service said it would take them about 30 minutes and cost an additional $100. We arrived about 2 hours later, the Repair Guys explained the way the 7 gear cassette is installed and why they were unable to reattach the change guard and then talked to us about changing the handlebars. They told us to give them about an hour and they would have Iris ready to go home. They stopped the other repairs they were doing, installed the new handlebar. When we arrived to pick her up and pay for the repair and upgrade not only was she ready, as promised, the manager had taken all the labor charges off our bill! That cut our bill by about $350!!!! This is why EBC should be the company from which you purchase your new electric bike! The bikes are beautiful, put together with care and perfection and the customer service and repair department is A+++! A thousand thank you’s to the manager and the two service guys that worked on Iris! I will see you in the fall (2023) for her to have a check-up and to have the bigger battery installed on her! No one will work on her but YOU! I am a EBC customer for life!

I was visiting their website and the chat box appeared and I asked a question the customer service agent was kind, patient and helpful. All my questions were answered without making me feel like a nuisance. I was asked if I would like to purchase a bike and I did. The quality is second to none! It's a top notch bike. The correspondence from them was superb letting me know the status of my bike until the day it was delivered. I bought the bike for my brother and he has enjoyed the bike Big time. My brother calls it his Bentley 😀. I highly recommend it. Thanks electric bike company for a well made product!!!
