The vans are hard for old people to get in, and get out. They seem to be full every time. Sometimes have to wait for the next tiny van. Have to wait more then 20 minutes to get picked up at P4 area. I see other hotels come and go and come back again and I’m still waiting.

Unfortunately the prices have gone up substantially in the last few months. Other than that all of our experience with Global Parking have been good

After arriving at the airport I reached out to the phone number listed in the email for the shuttle to my vehicle and did not receive a response after calling for over an hour. I also called and waited over 30 minutes for global parking customer service number with no answer. After an hour and a half I had to come out of pocket $20 for a Lyft. I chose the option on the line to receive a call back and when I did the representative was unable to assist me, so I asked for a supervisor. After I asked for a supervisor they asked if they could place me on hold and hung up on me. The reason that I made this reservation for parking is so that I would not have to pay for a rideshare service to take me to and from the airport. If I wanted to pay for a Lyft, there was no reason for me to pay for parking I simply could've left my vehicle at home and took a Lyft to the airport and back for less. I requested a partial refund for what I had to pay for a Lyft and was met with very poor customer services The representative I spoke with that hung up on me very rudely advised me that the shuttle is a free service. I was only charged for the parking, this is true however, a part of our arrangement was that I would have free shuttle service included which is why I made the booking with this provider out of all the many options available. Now I have not only had to pay for parking but also for transportation from the airport. The supervisor called me back and reiterated the mute point made by the first representative. Finally, and what I can assume was an attempt to get me off the phone they offered to reach out to the hotel, but let me know that they cannot refund me, even though I pay their company because they took the money I paid and paid the lot so I would have to seek reparation from the lot itself. After a week of waiting, I never heard from that supervisor again. Do yourself a favor. Use one stop parking or a reputable company because if you have an issue with the parking lot, global parking will not help you.

Be careful that the price you're quoted is the price you're actually paying. On the website it says $9.99/day, not FROM $9.99/day. When I went to book parking for four days the price should have been about $40 plus taxes and fees; instead they were charging me $75. When I called them about it, the agent said that the $9.99 is the average price /day which is not stated on the website. This is a very deceptive practice.

Be careful when you reserve through Global parking. They change prices without giving you a chance to see what you're paying for. The price for daily parking was $11.95 at the time I was reserving the parking space for my car. But it came up almost $300 for 11 days!!! That's insane! Called them no luck, emailed them din't get any response... If you've paid and your reservation starts forget about your money. They won't refund you.

Absolutely INEPT Management that run a massive hotel right next to one of the busiest Airports in the country with 1 person at front desk to handle EVERYTHING. The number given for a return shuttle never gets answered. People left stranded on curb despite a promise of pick up every 20 minutes and to call number for pick up. THEY IGNORE YOU. Then when a shuttle finally shows up an hour later its a run down van with paper signs taped to windows with a RUDE driver that slams doors and luggage then complains about tips after violently driving to the point you fear for your life. Overbook rooms and then cancel people when they arrive to a room they paid for but then are told they are out of rooms despite taking payment. Broken front gate so people cannot exit and are held hostage/wrongful imprisonment against their will in a parking lot with no other exit. They REFUSE to fix it or let people out even after paying the parking fee. When I say this is the WORST run business, I've ever encountered in decades of business management travel it is beyond that. They should be investigated and charged for employee abuse. The poor employee at the desk was left out to dry while desperately trying to contact his managers that ignored all of his calls from his personal cell and company phone. NOBODY should ever be put in the position by their employer. On our return trip, we attempted several times over a 20 min period to contact the number provided to arrange for our shuttle back to our vehicle. Each time, there was no answer. We were forced to take a Taxi back to Days Inn to retrieve our car, which cost us $40. When I arrived there were people at the front desk talking on the phone, but offered no recompense for the additional monies I had to pay because they wouldn't answer their phone. He only said "please write down your information and I'll have our manager contact you". I did and have received no phone call. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Process is Simple. Parked at Marriot hotel and hotel staff guided us for both parking and shuttle service. Even return shuttle service also very easy, just call the number given in the receipt for pickup.

This is an updated version to my original review! One thing I have to point out first is even before making this review I started to realize that trust pilot has been infiltrated by many bots!!! so I would implore you to do more research and not just stop here on trust pilot But I feel more compelled to leave this review because of that reason There is no way in hell that this company has such great reviews on here and does the complete opposite in my experience!!! DO NOT BELIEVE ALL THE GREAT REVIEWS!! OR MAYBE I JUST USED THIER SERVICE ON AN OFF DAY I just recently used their service for the very first time yesterday. I had a really early morning flight and I would normally just taken Uber to the airport but I decided to try this company out. I parked my car, not too far from a hotel that provided free shuttle service. Although the app was easy to use, the one thing that stood out right away after I paid for the services was when you normally buy something online after you purchase right away you see on their website kind of like a review what you purchased that wasn’t the case with this company they just said look out for the email confirmation for the receipt and that was pretty much about it. I did take a picture of it for proof. While at the airport, I check my junk mail, my inbox and all of that and I got no confirmation at that time and so the stress and frustration with starting. They have advertised on their website the number that they claim is 24/7 out of Fort Lauderdale I tried that number at least eight times, and every time was a disconnected signal. At that point I started to have this bad feeling luckily it was a quick turnaround trip but for the day and a half that I was away from my car all I kept wondering was, am I gonna get a ticket or will my car get towed? I finally did hear back from them which was around the same time that I was picking up my car. I will now confirm that I didn’t get towed or did I get a ticket but it doesn’t help that for the time that I was away from my car that was the one thing that was just such a burden of stress that was unneeded and unnecessary I find it very unprofessional that their phone number just did not work at all and by the time I got the confirmation email after sending three different emails to them in a reply, where they even had the audacity to tell me that it was sent, but out of courtesy, they decided to include it into the reply I found out to be very comical, and I decided to reply to them with a little bit of a wake up call to the reality If you’re into the guessing game, if your car is going to be OK, then by all means, give this company a try! Like I said, I didn’t get the receipt but on the same day as I was getting back to my car, and there was no problems

Parking is as advertised at my chosen hotel. Show up, park, on return, get the hotel shuttle and get the parking ticket stamped allowing me to leave without paying at the lot. Be aware however, that the Global fee adds significantly to the advertised daily cost when staying less than a week.
