The driver was unaware as to who he was picking up at our return. There was more than one shuttle going to different locations

Made a reservation for our son as he was driving to Raleigh. There are several Embassy Suites near the airport. The confirmation went to his email but he was driving, so we gave him the address of the Embassy Suites near the airport. We gave him the wrong Embassy suites, although, both were near the airport & offered the same parking. When he realized the error, he did not have time to drive to the other location or he would have missed his flight. The Embassy Suites that he was at let him park there but he had to pay again. We reached out to cancel the original one. THEY WERE NO HELP AT ALL!! I even asked if we could possibly pay for 1 day and cancel the rest of the reservation which they would NOT do. They are collecting money for an entire week of an unused parking spot. So after 3 phone calls, they hung up on me twice, 95 minutes on the phone with them, they said there was nothing they could do! I'm sure there was something they could do, they just wouldn't!! Mistakes & delays happen, as I have read in other reviews, and they are not willing to work with you to get it straightened out. They are only interested in their money and are not customer friendly. Expensive lesson and will not use them again.

Very easy to schedule my parking online.

Made mistake when making a last minute reservation. Called the company to explain the error, that the reservation needed to be in PA and not VA. Showed documentation for my flight out of Philadelphia, emailing the company, and a phone log. Could not be given a refund because the reservation time passed. The start time 830, I received confirmation at 841 and attempted to call to report the error at 844. After waiting on hold with a representative the were unwilling to refund me.
