It is easy to book your reservation online and if you have any problems, you can contact them and they will help you. I use their service quite frequently and have been satisfied.

I've tried 3 times to cancel my reservation via email and phone. Your phone remains unanswered, no response has been received to my cancellation requests and no credit has been issues to my credit card. Your CHAT is non existent as is your customer service. PLEASE CONFIRM MY CANCELLATION REQUEST. I've given up trying to contact this company. I've disputed my charge with the Credit Card Company. In the strongest terms possible I would suggest to never do business with Global Air.

i have recieved a fine from when i was on the cruise at them time. this company are not communicating with me correctly. what i dont understand is why they have got a fine in my car?? please stay away issue is still not resolved

We used this company for a cruise in Southampton we were told to ring them 30 mins before arriving which we did they told us to go and drop our bags of then go to the short stay car park They had a small people carrier and they were working out of the back of the boot Taking peoples car keys then confirming the times we stated on the booking ours was 8,30 AM Went off had a lovely cruise came back and this is when the fun started We got off the ship about 8,10AM walked over to the short stay car park and notice there was a lot of people there but no cars Anyway phone calls where made to Global parking you were either not being answer to had the phone put down on you or they blocked A hour later still no cars in sight some called the police some went of to see if they could even find there cars but with no keys that wasn’t helpful Anyway a very long and frustrating not sure what to do someone finally found this company They were parked in JD Sports car park with there small car with all the car keys hanging out the boot this was about 10 minutes walk from the short stay car park where they were meant to bring the cars to us Basically they had no intentions in bring the car to you you had to go and find your own keys then go and find you own car some had been stood there since 7 Am with young family’s The police did arrive but not sure what happen cause we were the lucky few to find our car and drive out BUT !!! not sure where our car had even been in the 5 days we were away Only thing I can say is I took a photo of our mileage and checked it when we got the car back and 4 miles differences so know they haven’t gone joy ridding in it BMW M3 I certainly will NOT be using this company again as apparently this has happen before more then once and they haven’t been running long from Southampton And for the reply it’s the uk company which is under Southampton docks website not a US company

This company supposedly partners with parking garages and hotels. The location I booked at Red Roof Plus MIA said they stopped working with Global Airport Parking long ago. However, Global, still hasn't updated their website to remove that location and refused refunding me my money. Something like that should be easily resolved and considered from customer service. Stay Away!

DO NOT USE IN BOSTON- we reserved through this company for a South Station spot and when we went to leave to the parking lot the attendant told us that they do not honor the reservations made through this company- the lot pictured for South Station Boston is located at 715 Atlantic Avenue NOT 700 Atlantic as posted on the website. There is NO lot at 700 Atlantic Avenue in Boston.

Made a reservation for parking and when we arrived at the address we were told they had no room and could not honor our reservation. Global charged my credit card and refused to give me a refund. I would avoid using Global at all costs.

everything seemed fine ..the lot is a step above a dirt road and all the cars were covered in dirt. Which doesn't bother most people but other lots this isn't a issue. Driver are nice ,but not paying attention and driving past our drop off by 100 yards and we had to walk back..ok it happens. Upon arrival back. Waited over 40 minutes from phone call..they drove past us twice.... well I can't recommend this place. ... just my go to places were full. And the cost was the same for bad service and dirty conditions....I would pass.

I reserved a parking through global parking and the morning of my flight found out the shuttle service didn’t run until 7am which wasn’t going to work for us. During the booking process it was never mentioned that the shuttle had specific hours of operation, we then had to scramble last minute to get to the airport and find different parking. When I tried to get a refund from global based on not informing us of the specific Shuttle hours they did not give us the opportunity to reason with them for a refund. They were rude when we tried explain our situation and even though the supervisor agreed with me that the booking process should be fixed to have the shuttle hours she left an email stating no refunds… even though their booking process is flawed. They had garbage customer service and it’s a complete rip off to allow a flawed booking system keep consumers funds.

I reserved online with them for parking our car during a vacation. The day of our reservation, we showed up to park our car and were told the lot was full and we would have to find out own parking. Due to our flight leaving, we had no time to rebook online amd had to pay off the street parking which cost over double of any online booking. I requested to have the outstanding amount refunded and they claimed to only be able to refund the original amount I paid. So now I am out an excessive amount for parking due to their error. There are many other online reservation systems to use and you should use them. Hopefully they are more reputable than this scam.

I have never experienced such an awful customer service, be careful when you are booking and you have SUV, there is information typed in a tiny shift about extra charge for the size of the vehicle, but again it says 3.55 extra a day and at the place they will tell you they gonna do double charge. Scam, what else I can say.

Le 19 février départ de Miami nous étions 8 bateaux à partir cette journée là. J'étais inquiète à cause des commentaires précédents. La ligne d'attente commençait à être très longue et là plusieurs navettes sont arrivées pour mous amener au port. Bravo pour le service et la courtoisie des employés. Au retour nous n'avons pas eu de problème non plus. Le chauffeur a montré la feuille bleu par sa fenêtre, nous nous sommes identifiés avec notre feuille bleue, presque pas d'attente. Nous reprendrons certainement ce stationnement qui est très près su port

Not sure why trustpilot gave 4.5 rating as I see many people complaint for this company similar to what I have to make. The company should highlight in bold letters in the confirmation e-mail that Parking Reservation you made is not guaranteed. The parking lot refused to take me in despite showing the reservation i made via Global Airport Parking. I had to pay almost 3 times more to other parking lot and fight with this company to get my money back and that also they need a proof that I had to pay to other parking lot. If this is a truly good company, they would have apologized and reimburse the entire amount i had to pay to other parking lot owners and not just the amount i paid for reservation.

They sell what they do not have, the day of traveling they did not receive the car because the parking lot was full, the flight almost left me, today I request my refund when I arrive in Florida and it turns out it is not possible because I do not communicate before I have only 15 days away, I recommend not to fall into this game.

I have booked Luton Parking. No issue at all. Have been picked up to and from the airport, cheap parking. Always been informed, the normal parking site wasn't available, but I have been offered the alternative parking site. Fast easy, secure.

Showed up to the parking lot and they didn’t take reservations from this site even though it allowed me to book. 2nd time this happened with this site. Their customer service was able to give me a refund but it felt like a scam.

Global Airport Parking accepted my reservation and money for a parking facility that doesnt work with them and they made up random stuff and told me they refunded. Will still dispute if they dont.
