Absolutely love this business. They are MUCH cheaper than parking at the airport itself. Here very responsive, quick, and friendly. I highly recommend them over other services. The shuttle to the airport was quick and efficient. Well worth it!

I was on way to lot then got caught in terrible traffic .. had my daughter call from her work phone to customer service to get me “free cancellation “.. she was on hold for over 30 minutes .. called me and said she couldn’t get thru .. I called at 10:15 was on hold for 30 min but at that point if was min past my reservation time so they denied me my refund . Needed prof of the first call from a call log , and that call was from my daughters work phone ! Manager was not helpful .. waited another 40 min to get her .. the customer service phone number is not customer service .. just a time sucker! Will never use them again

Booked online. Got to the address of a rundown motel with no special "airport" parking (no fencing, or security cameras. The lot had broken down cars and old 18 wheeler trailers in it too). They had no reservation for me. The email confirmation numbers were useless. I had to pay the facility twice as much as the rate was suppose to be so I wouldn't miss my plane. I worried about whether my truck would still be there when I got back. To top it all off Global refuses to refund my money. They state it was just a "reservation fee". So I paid a reservation fee for a nonexistent reservation. I WOULD NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY! BOOK DIRECTLY THROUGH THE PARKING LOT!

I have used this site and parked on this lot before. It is convenient. However the shuttle isn’t always prompt and the gate is closed causing delay in my travel due to confusion with gate opening

I didn’t receive an address to where I was to park and was given the hotel number to call, when I did call the hotel I was advised to park in the garage and my reservation was for outside self parking (garage is $44 a day as opposed to the $6.50 a day I paid online). Customer service was nonexistent, I guarantee that this is the last time that I deal with this ordeal again! Not recommended at all!

Arrived at the front desk for my scheduled 5:00 AM shuttle. The clerk cannot find my reservation. Handed him my phone with the confirmatoion number but he said he still cannot find it. Three or four people arrive after me. He still pretends to be looking for my reservation despite having the confirmation number. Then he says well the shuttle is full you'll have to wait for the next one. Obviously, they overbook reservations. Soon as I got on the shuttle the driver says just so you know there is no shuttle service between 1:00-6:00 pm daily. I said I have a reservation to be picked up at 4:00pm If there's no shuttle why did they even accept the reservation. She said I don't know.

It was very easy to book my airport parking the counter person at the Hampton Inn was very nice and professional the parking area we felt very comfortable with leaving our vehicle upon return the shuttle driver Thomas was absolutely great! My first experience went so well. I just recently booked parking again at the same facility in August 2023. Thank you again great experience.

It was easy to book my parking for Ft Lauderdale airport and the price was great.

The price I thought I was getting was $6.25 a day. But when I finished the reservation, it was $9.125 per day. I can park in BWI's Econo Parking for $8.00 a day.
