Parked at JFK EconoPark Airport Parking. I purchased this last minute, thinking it was a good deal. I took for granite that the bill was what it was and I did not read the "fine print". Unfortunately, I did not read their 4-page reservation. When I arrived the one employee who I handed my keys over to proceeded to tell me that because my vehicle is SUV that I have to pay a extra $7 dollar per day fee, cash only, as if he knew he got me! He then to pointed it out on page 2 of 4 pages, where is was not HIGHLIGHTED, obviously, a hidden fee. He had showed no empathy, rude and wanted the cash with no other options, shake down. Luckily, I had it on hand, otherwise I would have been stuck and missed my flight. I literally felt they knew they had me and I was taken advantage of. To top it off, the office was a grungy old trailer. My opinion, I felt like a 3rd world country, being taken advantage of.

I highly recommend using Global Airport Parking. It is a seamless process.

My experience was horrible Before to use this service think 1000 times!!!! My car was damaged and used on one of there parking lots ( Apex Newark) When I ask help from them they emailed me , it’s wasn’t parking fault. I filed complaint at the time I pick up my car , I ask worker to see damages on my car , booth seats, driver and passenger was moved to extreme back position ( really strange) , This service not protecting any customers rights!!!! Stay away

NOT RECOMENDED AT ALL I CLASSIFIED IT AS TERRIBLE PLACE WITH SO MANY PROMISES AND ADVERTISEMENTS I made a reservation for the parking in July 20, 2024 when I got there I got lost and because I was a little late, I got to look for another parking and park right there, I request a refund and I got Zero ( " O " ) to much promese, When I called the agent or someone was rude and not polite when he answered and said there was nothing he can do about, I will report it to County Consummer Affairs office

I needed to modify my reservation and my email was answered within hours, the change was made promptly.

DO NOT USE!!!! Everything went smoothly until after a couple of days after we got back and I was issued a parking fine for 4 hours where they left my car. The company have not been cooperative at all!!! They keep reassuring me they will pay the fine however this is still not been paid over 2 weeks later.
