If you book repair online from this site it redirects you to North London Appliance Repairs without letting you know and it’s a different business with very poor rating. Read those reviews first. Don't use them if you have fridge/freezer issue, the repair man didn’t do any diagnostic of the problem and basically advise to buy new fridge from them.

The service could not have been worse. The engineer failed to turn up on two occasions and when eventually he did he slapped on an unexpected charge for bringing the dishwasher up to the second floor (if I'd been asked about this at the outset I'd have mentioned it...) and then he left the premises in a filthy condition without tidying up. Don't go near these people. have you heard of John Lewis?

Ali and Seed were quick and professional when they installed our new dishwasher. The company was also very responsive and organised next day installation, where others all said it would take 1-3 weeks for delivery and installation (watch out for websites that say next day but only have installation much later!).
