Very happy , was called when they were on their way , they wven asked if i wanted them to remove their shoes due to it being a new build . They were thoughtful and polote and delivered within the time frame . Thankyou :)

Very good and efficient service; had fridge delivered and installed within 2 working days from ordering; old one removed and recycled. Always picked up the phone. Delivery was on time and the guys worked super fast. Efficient, reasonably priced. Will use the services again and recommend.

Avoid buying anything from this company. There’s only one person who answers customer service calls he’s extremely rude and yells on the phone and hangs the phone up once he’s done with what he has to say. Terrible customer service never seen anything like it.

Extremely rude delivery and installation, made a huge mess cutting the wastewater pipe letting water flood everywhere even though I had a bucket to catch any spill.

Very pleased with the delivery and installation of our new dishwasher. The Appliance Centre were easy to deal with. Communication was very good. Saeed and Ail worked efficiently to remove an old, and install a new dishwasher. They were careful, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this company.

I never received my item nor did I get a notification why until I had made contact! I wasn’t giving the service due to Clearpay issues. I was very upset with the outcome

Fast, friendly and professional service. I was extremely impressed with the whole experience from booking the appointment to having the repair completed.

What a bunch of clowns. They sent an engineer to repair a cooker who turned up and hadn't a clue. He stuck his head in the oven and told me it was the heating element - no way Sherlock! No diagnostic report provided, no invoice and yet he demanded £48 for the pleasure. He was on site for just over 5 minutes and told me they would need to come back with the part to finish the repair. The company then sent me a text stating the repair had been completed just as the so called engineer was leaving. I refused to pay and this company threatened me with debt collectors. The following day they took out a small claims at the County Court to pursue the debt. Today the case was heard at Barnet County Court and the case was dismissed by the Judge as they did not even bother to turn up. They could not be even bothered to walk the 5 minutes from their business premises to the court which is situated nearby. They are cowboys and should be avoided at all costs. Unfortunately I cannot give them less than one star on this review, they deserve minus stars.

I’m extremely satisfied with the service the engineers from Appliancentre provided, friendly, helpful and did an overall a fantastic job, so I am really pleased. I was able to track the delivery, delivery was on time and it all went smoothly. Had a fridge freezer installed, and it was done very well.

Efficient, polite company to deal with. Product not initially in stock, however, when available prompt delivery. The Finchley shop is small so does not have appliances available to view. I placed my order through the website which was easy to use. Cheekily received email from Appliancentre asking me to review my product before it had been delivered.
