The engineer did the best he could to sort the machine which couldn't be fixed, and charged less than the quoted price because of that.Honest and reliable.

Delivery team went above and beyond! This was their second delivery after a dishwasher and can’t praise them more. Store team and texts were excellent and efficient

The freezer wasn’t fitted properly and the seal was not stuck on properly. I also had wait 2 weeks for a replacement of a faulty freezer that was broken on installation. The first freezer wasn’t fitted into the integrated space properly and I had to spend £200 having it fitted by an external company. On top of this, customer service was rude and abrupt and never called me back despite saying they would (in a very rude manner). Not really impressed at all. Edit: I can’t reply to their reply but as you’ll see there is no acknowledgement of their appalling service or fitting. Avoid this company. They fitted the first replacement poorly and it never worked. They charged me £100 to install it and I had to have an external company complete it because they failed to do so properly. Which cost a further £200. And no apology. Disgusting.

This service is well worth avoiding. I called them out to service a gas oven, giving them the precise model number (a Stoves Double Oven,.) On arrival I was told "We don't do gas ovens" and they then had the nerve to charge £48 for a callout on which THEY had made a mistake. Nowhere on their website, as far as I can see does it say they will not work on gas ovens. And the model number does, of course identify our model as gas. Avoid these people like the plague - they are sloppy and inefficient.

Dreadfully rude to both the tenant and the owner of the property. Promised it would be delivered on one day and delivered 5 days later after threatening to cancel the order after we had the temerity to call and ask what happened. Would never use this company again.

Incredibly rude customer service - told me I'd refused a generic part and insisted on a genuine miele part which is completely untrue - I hadn't even been made aware they had a generic part that could have been fixed the day they came to diagnose - I would definitely have chosen that option He then told me i could deal with it myself or wait for the part - this was after almost an entire week of waiting for the part to arrive - overall he was just very rude, very short, very dismissive and clearly should not be in a customer facing role He was also very rude to my husband who had asked for an update the day before Don't use this company if you have a miele machine - they'll make you wait for weeks for the parts and will be very rude to you once they have your money Update: I’ve now been waiting 13 days for the part to arrive and they refuse to even speak to me about it. The man has hung up on me and my husband several times and refuses to chase up with miele even though it’s very easy to do and Miele have a dedicated line for partners to do this. He is abusive and intimidating and there is no other person to speak with. They’ve essentially taken my money and disappeared. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. You can see from their replies to other negative reviews how much contempt they have for their customers. It seems the customer is always to blame! They’re so unaware they don’t realise zero response would look better than a defensive one. Truly shocking. AVOID

For some reason, I never received confirmation of order. But after inquiring, they confirmed this to me. Order was due to arrive on Thursday, however, they only received the item themselves a day later, on Friday. As soon as they got it, they contacted me and delivered on the same day! Real impressive. Most impressive of all were the delivery men. They went out of their way to place the machine. Would certainly use them again!Thanks

Easy to book and appointment and short wait for appointment date. Constant updates regarding appointment day and time. Engineer was brilliant, so helpful and provided great feedback regarding appliance and care.

I booked the appliance centre to fix my dishwasher online, describing exactly what the problem was. There was a promise that it would not cost more than £65. The repair man came and didnt even take a look. He said it would cost £250 to fix and that it would be better to buy a new one. He then did the hard sell on me and I agreed to buy a new one. I paid not only for that but for the call-out - so it proved very expensive. Then they rang on the delivery date to say the only machine they had was dented. We organised another delivery slot and they were an hour late which was very inconvenient. The ONLY good thing was that the installers could not have been more helpful.

Nothing was done. The engineer came, told us that there was a “leak”, didn’t even bother to find this leak. Telling us that there might be a leak is not enough, it needs to be repaired
