I had an issue, the engineer was sent quickly, the fault wasn't fixed (not due to the fault of the engineer but possibly it just couldn't be fixed). I followed up a few times with Sam as I was of the understanding that a partial refund was given if the fault wasn't fixed. I may have misunderstood this but the service i got from Sam, the manager, was frustrating. It was clear from his tone I was annoying him and he was exasperated with me. I was being polite in response. Eventually he hung up on me. Based on this I wouldn't use them again. We could have ended up in the same position (with no refund) and I would have been satisfied if he had have been more polite and not hung up on me.

These guys came to look at our malfunctioning dishwasher, as we expected we needed a new one. They organised a replacement, removed & disposed of the old one and fully fitted a new one within 1 working day… excellent service, reasonable cost. Friendly and efficient too

It was very easy to order and book a delivery time. Nest day delivery included was a big selling point. My dishwasher arrived on time and was installed as expected. The people were polite and helpful - and even though the installation was quite complex it was all handled very professionally.

Bought a new washing machine online from these guys on Thursday afternoon, had it delivered and installed by lunchtime on Friday. Excellent service They price matched John Lewis on the machine, installed it for £25 and took the old one away. Friendly, efficient delivery guys too. I would highly recommend.

Paying on line with credit card was an issue because order was for my rented flat and there was no option to have different delivery and billing address, hence could not not pay online without having to show delivery address as mine and then manually email requesting to change delivery to the rented flat address !! Delivery came after 6pm and tracking delivery wasn't clear, even the contact number for delivery on tracking wasn't responding. Overall no other issues. Machine fitted and old removed as per contract. Yes tracking message was received but it wasnt helpful at all, it wasnt reliable and the driver contact number were constantly on answering machine and no response to texts sent. So my experience was delivery information update were non existent. Thank you

This is specifically regarding the customer service team. I called to check in on a part for a repair, the man on the phone told me to wait and hung up on me. When I called again, he hung up on me, again. Finally, my calls stopped going through. Extremely rude, extremely disrespectful.
