Delivery was made at time i was told and the delivery men were very helpful

Have just had the most appalling experience with this company. They were supposed to be ordering a part for my freezer and had promised to email me a copy of the part on the order. 5 times they promised to send it to me over more than a week. I finally went in to their shop and was told very abruptly and rudely they could not discuss it then as he was on a call, then when I tried to explain what I wanted I was told to leave the shop in a most aggressive manner. A most upsetting experience.

Very happy with delivery - 2 nice guys arrived on time, installed new and took old washing machine away. All went very smoothly.

Service amazing, ordered wrong item and there was no fuss whatsoever obtaining a refund and they did not even charge the delivery fee.....5 star service.

The installation took more time than usual, but the technicians came back to finish the job. It is possible the problem could have been spotted earlier, but nonetheless they went the extra mile. Thank you.

Refrigerator arrived within the time slot however was told that I needed to leave the fridge off for 12 hours before using . Had I known this before I would have made arrangements for my frozen products to be stored at a friends . I almost risk losing all my frozen products in the hot weather.which I was not pleased about . The fridge however arrived intact I like the refrigerator but I find the draws a bit flimsy as when frozen and pulled outwards it felt as if it would break

Purchased Whirlpool dishwasher - great Competetive prices and efficient servicing -right through from purchase point to delivery. Would definitely deal with Appliance centre again.

Fantastic service. Ordered on Sunday and chose a Tuesday delivery. Received a phone call on Monday to confirm the delivery time. Machine was installed by two very helpful delivery men. Price was competitive too. Would definitely shop here again.

Ordered Hoover washing machine for next day delivery (paid £20 extra for service). Arrived in morning time slot allocated. However, One star less because no communication from supplier as they said on their website would occur the day before, to confirm time slot - I had to telephone them on morning of delivery to make sure appliance was being delivered. Satisfied overall with service.

Great service, apart from them getting the day of delivery wrong. But they were apologetic and efficient. I'd use them again for sure.
