Fast delivery,great quality and great to deal with. If anything I think would prefer to have the solid one piece rectangular reach bar that was supplied with my original polyester cover that came with umbrella instead of the more flimsier 4 piece screw together rod. Should go back to that for sure or offer cover by itself option that fits these bars which would save postage and environmental issues. Just a thought for your sales department to look into.

The quality looks very good. This cover is to replace the first one bought elsewhere that had deteriorated in the Perth sun. I use my previous but modified stick to remove and fit the cover. Mine has a fitting on one end to hook onto the zipper tag to assist pushing up to unzip, something the manufacturer ought to look at doing as standard.

Great service. God information and when there was a delay I emailed and the product arrived within 12 hours! I had a couple of spare parts I don’t need as I purchased a deluxe cover and heavy duty wheeled base. [ I’d like to send them back to Shade Australia to help improve sustainability - fingers-crossed :^) let’s see. ] UPDATE: They did it. Spare parts on their way back to Shades Australia: good on them!
