Listened to their polished sales pitch and considered moving forward with them but decided against it for a few reasons. Their response to me declining the offer was laughable. I was told I was making a bad business decision and was met with incredulity. Apparently this company can predict the future electricity markets with 99.9% certainty. I am always concerned when I am met with rudeness after declining a product or service. Be warned people.
