I liked it is rechargeable, still trying to get used to it. I am having difficulty in finding the right volume level. I cannot chew anything or talk wile I have it on because it multiplies the noise off my chewing or talking. I'll put another review when I reach my final decision

Will not stay in my ears when eating, talking, walking, bending over.

Doesn't work. I can't hear any better with it, and it feels more like earplugs than hearing aids. I tried increasing the volume but that just makes it squeal/squawk (feedback sound) in my ear when I try to put it in my ear. I waa hoping it would pick up sounds from TV or my wife talking to me, but it is not at all doing that. Total waste of my time and money unfortunately.

The hearing aids I purchased were defective. I promptly returned them but it took almost 3 months to get my refund!

Painfully Slow Delivery. Going on 2nd week and still not shipped although it says a shipping label has been made, the Post Office has yet to receive it to deliver to me. I have to believe this is a purposeful delay because I didn't pay $$$ for "expedited" shipping.

Like many of the other reviews I have read, I find it difficult to keep the hearing aids from falling out. The buds seem to be too big in diameter and don’t stay in the ear canal. I feel it will be just a matter of time until I lose one. I find it difficult to adjust the volume correctly the small size of the volume control screw makes it difficult from a tactile sense to make the adjustment I do find I can hear better in terms of volume, but the device picks up and amplifies too much background sound making things muddles at times However, given the price, I am not entirely unhappy with my hearing aids. I just can’t wear them all the time, especially at work when they keep,falling out

Affordable hearing aids, hearing aids that work well, easy to use and maintain.

This was the worst thing I have ever bought. Plus it took 3months of bull.... For me to get my money back . If possible I would give 0 stars

Bossa Support has been very helpful. Whether by phone or by email, they have been attentive to our needs and worked with us. Although the TX-5 model did not work out for my mom, we upgraded to the ProTon Plus+. We are currently working closely with the Support team in hopes these, in the end, will be the answer for mom. They are not helping me at all. I need to cancel my warranty since I'm not using them

I like the hearing aids. My problem is I still need something smaller. They seem to want to pop out of my ear. Not a tight fit. Deciding on whether to return them. I can hear well with them only a small amount of echo. Did not help my ringing in the ears

I sent the aides back in December 2022. It us niw February 20, 2023 and you gave NOT refunded my money 💰. BAD BUSINESS.
