It is good for it's price. Amplifier makes it audible but it does not amplify selectively. Adjustment is difficult to fine tune.

I returned my hearing aids on December 6, 2022 and I am still waiting on my refund after 2 1/2 months.

Bpssa does not keep their word. States in ads- refund in 10 to 15 days after return. It's been 30 days since Bossa received my returns and will not refund my money. I am about to report Bossa to The Better Business Bureau, The Federal Communications Commission and write reviews on Yelp and any other place on the internet including facebook.

When they worked, they were good. The first set stopped recharging after just a few months. I was sent a replacement pair. Within a few months, they would no longer charge. I didn't want to mess with it anymore.

Sincerity be told, I generally enjoy them for work or for doctor's appointments, but not much else. They are very bothersome while driving, and I really don't need them at home. Volume control is one thing I really struggle with. As a nurse, I hear patients speak at a variety of volumes, which makes it difficult for me to adjust my hearing aids without dropping one. I wish I could avoid taking something apart and using a "screwdriver"

I returned the Bossa which you received on Jan 7. I am still waiting for my $81.86 for order #43835.

Overall, average performance. Still, noises get amplified and voices/sounds get distorted. I big hassle to turn down or up the volume with the very small tool that you have to carry with you everywhere, annoying. Very good to listen tv.

The sound improves . that is to say louder, but I hear an echo that is so disturbing I cannot use the device. t

I am sorry but in my opinion the product you sell is just an amplifier not a hearing aid

One side works good the other side is static, I left a message on the second week I had them. This is the first time I heard back.

Your hearing aid functions like a speaker and one can hear the voices throughout the whole head including nostril. Sorry, but I am not happy with them and I will return them.
