United States | 25 January 2019Every review here is accurate. They bill you for services you "subscribed to" which I did not. When I just called and asked for verification of my "subscription" I was told it was verbal when I asked to speak to a supervisor they hung up on me! Just filed a BBB claim against them and will have my attorney reach out if it can not be resolved. Companies like this should be SHUT DOWN!

United States | 23 January 2019Everyone that works of this company have some sort of disability. They don't comprehend when you tell them to stop calling you and to stop harassing you. Don;t give these ppl any of your information. No credit cards. nothing. The headache is NOT worth it. They will charge you extra fees and not tell you. they will try to act like you placed an order for something you didn't. They will call you at least 3 times a day. This is like a nightmare that doesn't go away.

United States | 15 January 2019Liars, once you place an order your locked in.10$ becomes 250$ for posters that’s all available online, OSHA website itself tells you there’s no need to update. With no employees they still try to get you for about 180$, tell these ppl no you’re just going to receive another call tomorrow. Sounds familiar to anyone? Also check your regulations per state some states haven’t seen a state and federal law change as early as 2015, they still will try to find a way to push it. Once you get their mailer flush it, phone call block them.

United States | 21 December 2018People, 5 seconds of research will tell you what thousands of people on Yelp, Google Reviews, BBB, TrustPilot, TrustLink, and dozens of other review websites say about this scam company. STAY AWAY. You'd think that in this day and age, such blatant fraudsters would have long ago been sued out of business or even put behind bars. This company is famous for sending out notices that appear to be from the county or state government. It also specializes in targeting business owners that are recent immigrants with poor English, calling them over the phone and misrepresenting themselves as a government institution, stringing them along in a twisted, convoluted conversation that the owner neither understands nor remembers, and later the owner receives a package they didn't order and a several hundred dollar credit card charge. I had to assist a friend who had gotten scammed by them. i called them up and called them out on their shady business tactics. Naturally the agent was extremely rude and unprofessional, and after transferring me to a supervisor because she "wasn't getting anywhere talking with me", the supervisor claimed NO charges had been made to my friend's credit card. He also assured me there was no need to dispute anything or cancel the card since they did not have her card information at all. Five minutes later, we called her card company and they confirmed that there were indeed charges from Personnel Concepts (and for some absurd random amount). We were able to dispute the charge and close her account. I even tried to get the package returned to them, but they refuse to deal with me even in a 3-way communication setting, insisting that the friend has to personally call them. Since they have also been reported to the BBB for continual harassment, my guess is that we'll have to take it up with the local police.

United States | 18 October 2018My complaint is the same as every one else's complaint. I work at a law firm and they constantly harass us with phone calls and mail stating that we are not in compliance with our posters. WE ARE A LAW FIRM...WE KNOW HOW TO BE IN COMPLIANCE!!! They refuse to mail our order ($20.49) because they say we need to buy other posters. COMPLETE SCAM...DON'T BE SUCKERED! You can get labor law posters other places.

United States | 20 September 2018Im a Manager of a Smoke Shop and this place is a scam!!!!!!!!!! I told them i no longer wanted to pay for my subscription because they were charging me $600 for Posters I can get at the business costco for $20. I told them to stop calling me and to take me off their call list and they still call. They even called the store when i was not in and tried to get one of my employees to ok an order I had already told them numerous times i was not interested in. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM and eats money from businesses that do not know any better. You can get the same posters from business costco for way less than what they charge you!!!

United States | 08 September 2018I ordered one poster at $10 or something. Then I got a call from a woman at Personnel Concepts. She explained me a lot of things. I was too busy to pay attention to her talk. Then she said that the total charge would be $200 something. I did not understand at all, but I hung up. A week later, a lot of posters were sent to my office. I also received an invoice of $288.98. Should I pay this? Those posters look useful, so I like to keep them. But $288.98 is too expensive.

United States | 06 September 2018I didn't even want to give them a 1 star, but I couldn't leave a review without one. This company is a total SCAM!!!! Like everyone else's reviews, they also sent our office posters we did not order and will not take back. We ordered 1 $10.90 poster and paid them, then they kept sending additional posters. I emailed them countless times asking for a return phone call and a address to send their posters back and never got one response. Then, they sent us a collection letter. When I called them, they were very rude, the representative would not give me her name, she said they didn't want the posters back and HUNG UP!!! NEVER do business with this company!!!!! Has anyone else had any luck getting this resolved? *** We are talking with our lawyer today to see how we can get this resolved***

United States | 22 August 2018Scam artists that do NOT like people to have facts. 1. Try to tell you that your business needs 1 form for only $10, then before sending it they tell you that you need 3 other forms for "only" $189... 2. READ THE FINE PRINT! This company does NOT represent the Federal or ANY state government agency. They are a private company trying to make an under-handed buck. 3. Any and all forms/posters/signage that you are required by law to post at your business can be downloaded (usually for free) from your state's Labor Dept. 4. Do NOT send this company ANY money for any reason whatsoever. Refuse their mailings and return them to sender (let THEM pay the return postage), and if they call, block their number!

United States | 04 May 2018Bait & Switch. Will send you to collections even if you didn't order the product. Basically, they'll send you whatever they want to send at whatever price and then make you pay. They are ridiculous.

United States | 26 April 2018DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY. Literally the biggest scam I have seen in HR. I can not even believe these people are in business. I called to figure out what the heck was going on because we purchased CA Labor Law posters for $5.95. We recieved and invoice for $270.51 the "remaining balance". I called and spoke to Loretta saying that we are not going to pay that, and she said we could return them. I asked her to send me a shipping label, as I should not be responsible for return shipping on a FALSELY ADVERTISED PRODUCT, and she said that if I chose to not pay and file a complaint, that not only do I have to pay for my shipping, but return shipping, ummmm what? Do you even realize how that makes no sense?!?!? Clearly this is a scam of despicable sales people looking to screw over small businesses by saying we have to comply or be charged. THIS IS A LIE. LABOR LAW POSTERS CAN BE FOUND FREE! I am beyond furious, and I am literally going to commit my entire day to writing reviews on my HORRENDOUS and ILLEGAL experience. Hope this company goes out of business soon and I hope more people read reviews before falling into this scam. Shame on you Personnel Concepts for taking advantage of people. Posting on BBB, if you have been scammed as well I encourage you to go and submit a complaint to BBB as well so we can prevent future business owners from this egregious company.

United States | 10 April 2018Definitely a bait and switch tactic! Once you place an order, they will have telemarketers harass you to upgrade to their $250.00 per year monitoring package.

United States | 09 March 2018I ordered the poster I needed which was $10.90. We received a call back a few days later and I had that day off. They spoke to one of our electricians!!!!!! who does NOT have authorization to order anything!!!! He was told that I had ordered too many posters, I only ordered 1!!! I just received my order we got 17!!!!! posters!!!! Total of $274.89. I called and I explained the situation and Jennifer kept telling me they assumed he could order stuff and they assumed that we didn't already have all the posters we needed. She quickly said she could give me a $69.95 credit for one of the posters they sent me because we didn't need it for our type of businesses. This company is a SCAM!! DO NOT ORDERED A THING FROM THIS PLACE! Placed a complaint with BBB.
