Love our bath took advice and went for a bigger one looked amazing and had space for a big walk in shower in our small bathroom. Still wish there was a instruction manual I know its easy enough to use but having to explain to other who are guests in my home be nice just to have it on hand.

I love the bath, great size and fantastic design. My 6f5 husband even fits in the bath! Good contact with Ollie, from Omnitub. My only problem was some scratched. And a warning to others - unwrap the bath when you get it. Check it thoroughly. We had scratches and 2 chips on our bath, but I kept the bubblewrap on until it was in place (and then there was no getting it out again!) Unwrapped the bath to find the scratches etc. We were sent a repair kit by Omnitub, so I really hope that works!

Before buying I looked at all the guidance videos on the website, which was very helpful and informative, and so I knew exactly what I needed to order and why. Placing the order was easy and I received notifications letting me know the status of my order. The delivery was quick and exactly as expected. The delivery driver was friendly and said if I I had any problems I was to contact them as they would be more than happy to help (fortunately I have not needed to). Finally bathroom has been fitted and the bath is of very good quality and I have just had my first deep relaxing bath. I would definitely recommend this company for the service I have received and the quality of the product.

I'm very happy with the excellent quality Omnitub Solo Extra that I ordered and received. Installation (I'm an experienced DIYer) was a simple with the aid of the many informational videos available on Omnitub website. The very high delivery charge to Northern Ireland (£150), when it's free to Mainland UK, is the reason for 4 stars rather than 5. Despite the website stating 'contact us' to arrange your own collection & delivery, I couldn't get timely answers to pertinent questions on packaging, pallets & size required to make my own arrangements.

Completely excellent service and product!

Finally fitted my Omni tub this week after COVID restrictions and getting it plumbed in. It does not disappoint. I went for the Omni tub Duo plus with whirlpool. The best part is the jet fill system. I can fill it while having the jets on and it mixes the temp of the water. It looks stunning. Thanks Ollie, if you remember it was your last sale before Christmas :)

From initial enquiry to delivery, the process has smooth, friendly and professional. Ollie went through all the options when specifying our bath and when it was delivered all was as expected. I just wish all purchases were like this

Initially really good but then asked follow up questions on day of order which weren't answered until too late. They are really busy I know. But we had asked if tub could be filled half and jets still used, answer is no but that didn't come until much later. We'd explained we wanted toddler to enjoy it too but she can't as jets are too high and she wouldn't be able to sit down. Basically if you want to do that then all jets must be positioned low in the tub. Had asked for a half frame to be flush with the tub but pump positioned too wide so builders had to add a piece of white plastic to join it up. The tub itself looks good and is lovely to use but if we did it again we'd get fewer jets all positioned lower in the tub so that we would use it more often and toddler could use it too.

Frankly your service let you down and you were really poor. The order taking was great, and you even gave us a discount- thank you. HOwever, we couldn't get hold of you after that! Emails and whatsapps were not answered. You promised us the tub for date X but it wasn't ready. In the end we sent someone to you to get it,(to save time waiting for your delivery people) and you made them wait half an hour because you were still finishing it off! not all the parts were sent with it so we had to chase you yet again to get the part. We were being told it had been sent but nothing arrived firstly at all, and then only after further chasing did it arrive three days later, and well after our plumber had had to find alternative solution.

A great looking bath. Bath arrived slightly damaged with resin but Ollie drove down on a Saturday evening to replace it. Excellent service, much appreciated. All tiled and plumbed in now Can’t wait to use it.

Great product, top notch customer service

We had an omnitub solo in our last house and loved it but needed a bit more space so went for the solo ultra. It's big enough for two adults to almost fully submerge at either end and is amazingly relaxing, trust me I was in it with the Mrs last night and I'm 6'4''. We got the panel and popup waste which really nicely completes the look and is very functional and easy to clean.

On placing order, I expected to be waiting 3 weeks, but I was surprised while at work that courier company were trying to deliver to delivery address. Very prompt service from Omnitub & courier. Did contemplate including frame In purchase, but on reflection changed mind. The feet are very sturdy and the frame that has been constructed by friend supports tub well. I’m glad I shopped around the net and looked at different tubs, but I kept coming back to Omnitub, eventually capitulated and ordered. Speaking with sales personal at Omnitub, they were very helpful in clarifying my concerns, as too the sizing Love the tub, excellent purchase . Even though I do say so myself

Great service, they moved my delivery date back by a month so I didn't have to have it sat around in my apartment for too long. Delivery driver helped me get it to my front door which was beyond his remit of delivering to the kerb. All in all great service and a brilliant product!
