Ordered photo ornaments before Christmas. They shipped from the UK and not the US (I thought I was ordering from the US since the website says "printed in the USA"??) and took weeks to get here. When the ornaments finally arrived (well into January) they were pale and blurry. I contacted customer support who told me they couldn't send me a replacement because what I received was what I had ordered. We have been going back and forth with this nonsense for two weeks now and I give up. Lesson learned - never order photo ornaments from PrinterPix.

I was struggling for days to link my Groupon with my Printerpix project. Although it took a while to get through the telephone wait, Mekail Stephen was spot-on ready to serve! He knew exactly what to do inside my project account and helped me complete my transaction with just a few clicks. Awesome dude -- great customer service! Looking forward to receiving my product!!!! In the meantime, I'm logging back on to make a photobook of my family's narrowboat trip in Scotland! Thank you! ;-)

Do not order from this company!! On the 30th November I placed an order for photo book, it was a Christmas present. On the website it said order before the 18th December to get in time for Christmas. Today is the 28th January and I have still not received it. In December I sent a email which I got no response to, so I called them to be told it would be with me in 2-3 days. I did not receive it and since then I have chased it up several times. I called last week and this time I asked to raise a complaint which the adviser said they would do and I was told again it would be delivered in 2 days. Surprise surprise I have not received my parcel and I have had no response to my complaint, so today I have asked for a refund and I will order it from different company.

I’m writing another review as I STILL HAVENT BEEN CONTACTED!!! Order placed on the 6th December which were Christmas presents - STILL NOT RECEIVED! I have emailed in several times and created several tickets on their website but still no response. I got a reply to my last review apologising and saying someone would look into this and come back to me but they still haven’t over a week later!!! I need answers!?

C’est la troisième fois que j’envoie une réclamation concernant un achat en septembre avec un code promo. J’essaie d’envoyer ma réalisation dans les temps mais ils me font de nouveau payer avec 35€ de frais de port. Honteux. J’ai écrit 4X à l’adresse mail résolution mais pas de réponse. Anne Bouvy

My order never came despite paying extra for it to arrive. I contacted the customer service team and they said they resent it but they had not and I have not received any refund either. Impossible company to get a hold of!

Hice un pedido de dos calendarios el 30 de diciembre y casi un mes después sigo esperando el pedido.No hay manera de ponerse en contacto con ellos, se supone que está con DHL pero desde el 16 de enero no hay ningún cambio. No vuelvo a comprar con ellos. No sé si llegará el pedido algún día. Lo dudo ya. A día 8 de febrero sigo esperando los 2 calendarios. Me habéis estafado, no puedo ponerme en contacto con vosotros, no me devolvéis el dinero, más de 60 euros, o ponéis una solución u os denuncio legalmente.

Worst experience and service. I ordered before their date to have it arrive before Christmas. It arrived 3-4 weeks AFTER Christmas. Some places also allow for an order cancellation or edit if notified within 24 hours of placing the order. I tried and was unsuccessful getting anyone to respond to me despite them saying they’re available 24/7 and you can edit orders if within 24 hours. I emailed within two minutes of placing my order. Just a terrible and unreliable experience

My DIL wanted a banner for our 8 yr old granddaughter’s birthday party. We decided a blanket could serve as a banner and she could use it as a blanket afterwards. I uploaded a picture and submitted my order at 3:20pm on 1/22 and by 2:00pm on 1/25, the blanket was delivered!!! Amazingly fast service, easy site to use, awesome prices and a great product!!! Our granddaughter LOVES her blanket/banner!! Thanks! I would highly recommend Printerpix!!

I ordered 12 printed photos to be delivered before Christmas and only 2 arrived (in not great quality print format) meaning multiple Christmas gifts were unable to be given. I’ve sent numerous emails to the company complaining and requesting a refund but haven’t received any response. Avoid this company at all costs. To add - regarding the company’s response to my review, I have been emailing them multiple times since the incorrect delivery and have received no response, reinforcing my review.

Not impressed with quality of a leather photo book I ordered over Christmas. For the price (£30) I would expect better much better. Follow up: after their reply below, I have yet to receive any further information from the company.

J'ai passé 3 commandes de calendriers le 12/01/2025 : toutes les 3 posent problème : -1ère commande n°101511190 du 12/01/2025 (2 calendriers) 1. tout d'abord déçue par le non respect des délais et la livraison lonnnnngue la commande a été signalée en expédition le mardi 14/01/25, (suivant votre processus expédition : « Maintenant que c'est en route, votre livraison suivra les délais du service que vous avez sélectionné : option envoi accéléré 2 à 3 jours ouvrables »), la commande aurait dû arriver au pire le samedi 18/12/25, mais elle était toujours stationnée en Grande Bretagne le 22/01!! la commande est enfin arrivée, samedi 25/01/25 2. déçue par le produit enfin reçu : le colis à la livraison présentait un carton détrempé, mais le livreur qui a passé le carton par dessus la clôture n'a pas attendu !!! Quand nous avons ouvert l'emballage, les 2 calendriers étaient, bien entendu, humides et gondolés. Il va nous être difficile de les offrir à leurs destinataires!! 3. Selon les CGV, le transport ne relève pas de la responsabilité Printerpix. Mais je considère pour ma part que la conception de l'enveloppe d'envoi utilisée ne peut protèger les calendriers de l'humidité, ni des pliages éventuels. Et ça c'est du ressort de Printerpix RÉCLAMATIONS CONCERNANT LES 2 AUTRES COMMANDES en cours passées le même jour, nous ne les avons pas encore reçues, mais à ce jour grande inquiétude. -2ème commande n°101511178 du 12/01/25 (1 calendrier) est toujours signalée ce jour sur mon compte en fabrication (soit après un délai de 15 jours au lieu de 3-4 annoncés), et les réponses ticket n°359265 reçue et échange chat sur printerpix support sont déplorables (j'ai peu apprécié la réponse IA : apprendre que la fabrication est longue parce que « vous appliquez une touche de magie... »)  -3ème commande n°101511188 du 12/01/25 (2 calendriers), en envoi standard 5 à 7 jours ouvrables, signalée en expédition depuis le 15/01/25, n'est toujours pas arrivée. Dans la réponse ticket n°359265 , il m'a été répondu que je pouvais utiliser le numéro de suivi ESP7040GB22271292801 fourni sur mon compte. Mais l'option livraison standard ne permet pas d'accéder au suivi du livreur "This is an untracked shipment. No tracking information is available". Où se trouve mon colis ce jour? LE BILAN SERVICE CLIENT, après ouverture d'un dossier Numéro de ticket : 359265 et 361467 et échange par chat, est décevant car les réponses qui tiennent de l'IA, sont toujours les mêmes : généralistes, peu adaptées et n'apportent pas plus d'infos que ce que l'on a déjà lu sur le site. EN CONCLUSION, site non recommandable j'attends des réponses et mes produits achetés. Je suis fort déçue sur les 3 commandes, une non fabriquée, une qui est dans la nature mais où ? Une reçue certes mais avec retard et abimée. Son un Fraude, el día 29 de octubre de 2024 realicé un pedido con número de orden 12427837 por valor de 49,90 € de dos calendarios, uno de pared A3 y otro de sobremesa A5, el 18 de noviembre de 2024 me mandan un mail diciéndome que está en camino mediante la empresa FedEx, pasan los días y no recibo nada y como no se puede hacer un seguimiento del pedido, lo reclamo durante varios días a un email que ellos me indican y solo me dan respuestas autómaticas, tras llegar el mes de enero reclamo la devolución del importe a través de PayPal por donde había realizado la operación y a fecha de hoy 27 de enero de 2025, tres meses después no he recibido nada del pedido ni la devolución del importe de dicho pedido, esta empresa es un fraude y timadora, que se quedan con el dinero y no mandan el producto. No hagan ningún pedido con ellos que no te los mandan

Je reviens encore une fois pour avertir les gens de ne rien commander chez PRINTERPIX, non seulement il encaisse votre argent mais en plus il ne réponde pas aux mails qu'on leur envoi. impossible de les joindre.

Llevo 30 días esperando mi pedido, el cual tenía que haber llegado en 4 o 7. Estoy empezando ha pensar que es una página FAKE. OJO A LOS NUEVOS COMPRADORES.

Terrible service. Paid extra for expedited delivery but was only sent one of the photos I had ordered. No reply to my request for them to be sent out but they were sent. I complained and asked for a refund on the money I paid for expedited delivery. No refund and no reply.

malgré mes dizaines de demandes je n'ai toujours pas mon album photos de 100pages commandé et payé le 16 novembre 2024.il m'est répondu par réponse automatique avec un lien qui me mène au site du transporteur DHL en allemagne et qui m'indique que le colis est arrivé chez eux le 26 novembre et qu'il est en attente.

Leider hat sich immer noch nichts getan 😡. Meine Ware habe ich immer noch nicht erhalten, warte immer noch auf Antwort. Habe die Decke am 14.12.24 bestellt. Hoffe das ich über den Käuferschutz was erreichen kann

I was never updated that my calendars were delayed. I tried to change the ship to address no one would get back to me. So my Calendars that were for Christmas present were not.

STILL NO RESPONSE. So after writing a review on here I finally got a reply to my review from the company, they were sincerely apologising and promised to contact me directly. STILL HAVE DONE NOTHING. My question is how did you find time to reply to my review yet you still haven't contacted me a week later printerpix??. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT THEY ROB YOU IN DAY LIGHT, make you believe your ordering something and they send something. CONTACT ME PRINTERPIX IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS THIS ISSUE WOULD HAVE BEEN GOING ON FOE 2 MONTHS.
