Italy | 26 January 2025sono cliente da più di dieci anni, seppur il prodotto finito a livello qualità prezzo non e' male ,a sto giro il servizio clienti non rispecchia le aspettative. Anni fa grazie al call center se c'erano problemi venivano risolti. Oggi dovevo modificare un formato di un fotolibro e dopo continue segnalazioni ....l ho risolto da mè. Ora altro inghippo, non funziona il pagamento..avendo tolto il servizio telefonico è inutile perdere tempo dietro alle mail che non portano a nessuna risoluzione. Peccato hanno perso un cliente storico, non lo consiglio esclusivamente per il servizio clienti

United Kingdom | 26 January 2025UPDATE 16th Feb: Despite replying to my review claiming someone would be in touch soon, no one has bothered. I still have not received the replacement for the damaged photo books. Ordered two photo books which arrived damaged. On the 18th of December I was advised they would send replacements and to reply to the email to confirm. I tried replying but it bounced back saying their mailbox is full. I have tried emailing numerous times since then, no others bounced back but I’ve never had a reply. I also raised another support ticket on the 16th January - it’s now the 25th and still no-one has been in touch.

Italy | 26 January 2025Do 1 stella perché meno non si può. È più di un mese che aspetto il mio ordine, dice che è stato spedito ma quando lo traccio esce scritto che è ancora in produzione. Assistenza clienti inesistente, ho mandato mille mail ma zero. 100€ buttati, un furto; oltre a tutto il tempo speso per creare i prodotti. delusissima Sarò pronta a modificare la recensione se il prodotto arriverà, o se almeno avrò una risposta dai diretti interessati.

United Kingdom | 25 January 2025It has taken over a month for my order to even be shipped When it was shipped even though i paid for premium delivery 2-3 days it has taken almost ten days to deliver You cant get through to customer services and emails are not responded to. I would never recommend anyone to bye from this site

United States | 25 January 2025Of the four canvases I ordered for Christmas, one was correct. When I originally contacted the company through email about the problems, they gave me a ticket and said they'd contact me within 48 hours, which they did not. Several emails later and no response, I called customer service. After a few weeks and the third person telling me they'd get right on it as it was the company's mistake, nothing has happened. Not exactly guaranteed satisfaction. I'll go elsewhere.

United States | 24 January 2025Sadly, reporting with the BBB did not provide much assistance with my multiple issues with Printerpix. The best Printerpix was able to do was refund the $5 rush production fee a month after I was already promised that would be refunded for failure to provide what I paid for with the rush production fee, and NOT the $19.99 shipping fee as they told BBB they did. Unfortunately the case was closed with Printerpix lying about the resolution they provided, which took weeks to obtain. It may have been 8 weeks now I've been trying to get this resolved. Please heed my advice and believe ALL the many negative reviews. Check out the BBB as well to gather more reviews from there. In the past I had no issues with orders, but the last few months I would not send anyone to do business with this company.

United Kingdom | 24 January 2025I placed an order before Christmas for two of the same picture for a Christmas present. I received order confirmation from printerpix that I had ordered two images. When I received the shipping confirmation it stated that one image had been shipped and only one image did arrive. I contacted printerpix to request that they send my second image and included in that request I attached the proof of my order and the shipping confirmation to prove the discrepancy. I received an automatic response to say that someone would get back to me in 48 business hours. After not hearing from them over the Christmas period I contacted them again and included the discrepancy attachments. I have still not received a response from them. I find it very disappointing that a straight forward error with the evidence provided cannot be quickly rectified. I have contacted them on the 19/12/24, 12/01/25 and 17/01/25 and no action has been taken at all from printerpix

United Kingdom | 24 January 2025Ordered a Calendar that was supposed to be delivered before xmas, but didn't receive till the 4/1/25. The packaging was ripped, the calendar was crumpled and to top it off the way they had put the binder in the top of the calendar chopped of parts of the faces. I reported this and sent them pictures of what i had received and they said they would send out a replacement. The replacement was just the same, do they not look at what they are printing.

Ordered 3 canvases as a Christmas gift within the deadline they set to receive before the 25th(which cost me £20) didn’t receive them until the 2nd January 2025. When they did arrive, I had only received 2/3 said canvases. Tried to get in contact with them to get this amended and they didn’t respond after numerous emails. Once they had finally responded, they wouldn’t send out a replacement and only offered me a refund for the delivery charge. I will never be using this company again. I would AVOID AT ALL COST!

Andrew Russle said he would send it never did; followed up few times no response, spoke with some lady with tick accent, thought could be a fraud due to she never verified me, was going to send me some link to pay for the shipping cost sounded super fishy, didn’t want to send me updates into my Printerpix acct, didn’t want to transfer me to someone in US; said I have trust issues, hung up on her possible fraud very unprofessional. Terrible service overall

United Kingdom | 24 January 2025Dreadful experience - placed an order at the beginning of Nov 24 for a photobook to be delivered before Xmas. Was told there was an error and had to reload the photos again. Here we are in late Jan 2025 and still no delivery. Attempted to phone them several times and was on hold for over 20 mins each time and gave up. Attempts to raise a ticket online seem to get a scripted response and trying to get a follow up response to their e-mails often just elicits another generic e-mail which does not address the specifics of my order. Thought this kind of appalling customer service was a thing of the past.

My order, placed in time for Christmas delivery, arrived finally on 23 January, thanks to my endless chasing. They do not respond to emails and if you get a reply or manage to get through on the phone, they fob you off, then cut you off if you try to call back. If you're lucky to ever receive your order, the quality is not great.

United Kingdom | 23 January 2025AVOID I would not give it 1 star if I could. Look at all the bad reviews I wished I had. Really, really poor service. The pictures were much darker in the print that arrived it was meant to be a gift and I only tried it because on their website it said 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied, I am not satisfied. I have asked for a refund after sending 4 emails I got a response to say they sent what I uploaded, what I am looking at is not what I uploaded I have now opened a claim with paypal.

Germany | 23 January 2025Die Decke an sich also Stoff /Material ist gut, aber das eigentliche Geschenk sollte der Druck der Fotos auf der Decke sein. In unserem Fall waren super viele weiße Streifen auf der Decke, also unbedruckte Stellen und ein paar Fotos waren verzogen, also nicht wie bestellt. Der Kundenservice hat gar nicht reagiert... nicht auf den ersten Kontakt und auch nicht auf die 2. Mail. Telefonisch gibt es sowieso keine Möglichkeit zu kontaktieren. Also viel heiße Luft von wegen "gibt es ein Problem, Ihre Zufriedenheit ist uns das Wichtigste " Keine Chance Ersatz zu erhalten oder einen Preisnachlass auf die doch teuren Preise... Ich würde auf keinen Fall mehr dort bestellen!
