Tried to contact the company to resolve this directly with them but after following up with them they are yet to get back to me almost 2 weeks later. I made a very small order of just 4 photos I needed for a show I was doing. When they arrived I noticed the photos had horrible printing lines and noticeable colour banding which didn’t exist in the original photo. I have since printed the files myself on a consumer printer with better results. I contacted them via email, they responded quickly at first asking for more photos of the issue so they could understand what had gone wrong, I responded then heard nothing. 4 days later I sent a follow up email and heard nothing. For the sake of a £10 order I’m shocked they aren’t interested in resolving the issue

Printerpix vous êtes une catastrophe aucun service après vente... Pas de réponse aux mails ni au téléphone... C'est une 1 expérience avec vous et ça sera la dernière ! Mes livres sont dans la nature à cause d'une erreur d’adresse de votre part et impossible de vous joindre. C'est une honte ! J'ai depense au moins 120€ quelle erreur ! J'irai à la concurrence la prochaine fois, beaucoup plus respectueuse des clients.

Avoid this company at all costs as I am pretty certain they are a bogus company who scam everyone who uses them. I placed an order back in late November for Xmas which has STILL never arrived and after chasing them up many times, they promised me that the parcel would be delivered on 18th December and they failed to fulfill this promise. I received a message later saying it would be delivered on the next working day and yet again nothing was ever delivered. Since then my attempts to call them have been unsuccessful and they have conveniently ignored all of my e-mail follow ups and requests for refund for products they never delivered. Received multiple auto-generated responses asking for info which were also never responded to Next move is to report to Trading Standards as they must be scamming other customers out there too. Trading Standards will not be able to get my money back to me, but they can at least investigate them and take the respective action. And by posting this I hope to alert others so they are not also scammed. Confirming that this review is based on personal experience and I have not received any incentive to write this review Update as of 06.02.2025 They have sent a response which is just a copy paste of exactly what they sent on first review promising they will get back to me. Obviously just an attempt to make it look like they take it seriously to other Trust Pilot Reviewers. They have not been in touch with me as promised in their review, nor do they have any intention of doing so. Shame they simply ignore and never respond to e-mails the way they do Trust Pilot reviews in an attempt to scam customers further Come on the Printerpix. E-mail me back with the promise you made on Trust Pilot hoping to restore my faith in you. I am waiting .............................

Ich habe eine am 10.01.2025 eine Fotodecke bestellt mit der Versandoption 2 Tage Lieferung für 19,49 €. Nach der Bestellung habe ich weder eine Bestätigungsmail bekommen noch eine andere Information. Einzig, die Zahlung per Paypal ist rausgegangen. Nach ein paar Tagen fragte ich nach, wie es mit der Bestellung ausschaut. Da wurde mir innerhalb kurzer Zeit eine Mail mit der Sendungsnummer geschickt. Wieder ein paar Tage später bekam ich dann von hermes eine E-Mail, dass mein Paket bei Ihnen angekündigt sei. Naja. Nach etwa 12 Tagen kam die Fotodecke dann doch noch an.(Ich hatte doch extra mehr bezahlt, dass die Decke nach 2 Tagen geliefert wird) Leider mit vielen weißen Strichen über der Decke (Also Druckfehler). Auf meine Reklamation hierzu kam leider keine Antwort. Hätte ich ganz vergessen, "Produktion in Deutschland" stimmt in meinem Fall nicht ganz. Da aus England versendet wurde. Also ich bestelle hier definitiv nicht wieder!!!!!! Update am 20.02.2025: Leider habe ich bis heute nichts mehr von dem Unternehmen gehört. Mir wurde ja versprochen, dass sich jemand bei mir melden würde. Das ist leider nie passiert!

A FUIR !!! Ce site ne m’a jamais envoyé ma commande, réponse par mail automatique, ils répondent sur Trustpilot en mettant un mail invalide ! C’est honteux !!! Vous voulez vous faire passer pour des commerçants mais vous êtes des voleurs.

The company never shipped my item until I got the BBB involved. Their claim that they have a tracking number means nothing - the USPS will create a "pre-shipment" label before an item has even been shipped to them. Additionally, the calendar I finally received was not great. The spiral binding cuts of a large portion of the photograph.

J’ai commandé des tirages avec une livraison à 8-9€. On m’indiqué une date et à l’heure actuelle rien. Je ne recommande pas service client médiocre. A part envoyé des mails promotionnel ils ne sont pas capable de répondre au aides des clients.Petite précision il retire le montant de la commande avant de l’expédié et ne laisses aucune nouvelle du suivi. A FUIR !!!! De plus j’ai beau transmettre des emails (2) à 2 adresses différentes et sur l’aide en ligne mais personne ne répond ! Je ne rachèterai pas ici !

AVOID. Really, really poor service. Was promised guaranteed delivery before Christmas 2024 but didn't arrive until 9th Jan. Pictures were much darker in the print than showed on their website. Have asked for a refund but heard nothing after sending 3 emails, and it's been nearly two weeks since delivery. AVOID.

Commande passée le 15/12/2024 Aujourd'hui le 22/01/2025 je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande !!! Aucunes nouvelles : un simple lien DHL où je peux voir que ma commande est bloquée depuis le 31/12 en Allemagne ! Aucun moyen de joindre Printerpix (pas de contacte ni de numéro de teléphone) Le seul mail que j'ai eu, soit je n'ai jamais reçu de réponse sinon un mail automatique C'est inadmissible Une arnaque Je déconseille !

I ordered 4 different photo book items/orders well before the 'arrival by Christmas' date. Only one of the orders arrived before Christmas and the two books in that order both were poorly cut, with the print run information showing up on the edge of the pages. I messaged with pictures of the poor cut job and never heard back. The other three orders arrived after New Years and while two of those orders came in good shape, one of them had book pages fused together. Again, I reached out to the company about the issue and provided the pictures they requested and have not heard back.

Dreadful, had a print issue with product that was bought as a Christmas gift, contacted them and followed all the directions that was advised only to be ignored after sending several photos displaying the defective goods! To date I have sent 3 emails and each time provided photos and had no reply! Will never us again nor recommend. My advise, AVOID! EVEN THOUGH I HAVE THIS RESPONSE BELOW, STILL NO DIRECT REPLY OR ACKNOWLEDGMENT!!!!

Poor service!! I paid extra to expedite my order so that it would arrive before Christmas, not only was it delivered way after Christmas the whole order was wrong. Have emailed multiple times and no response off anyone! Extremely disappointed as we are approaching the end of January.. I ordered a slate photo and received a pillow instead.. quality is also awful.. wouldn’t waste your money

Hello, I ordered at a time when the orders were still supposed to deliver before Christmas, but instead was delivered the 2nd week of January. Also, all of the 4 Metal pictures I ordered were damaged on one corner and was bent. I tried to bend it back but it doesn't look great.

Ordered on 7th December for a Christmas present and I still don't have the product or a refund to date. It says it was dispatched on 11th December. Very hard to contact the Printerpix. I have had the odd email here and there apologising and have even been made to sign a form that suggested that Evri had delivered the item, when in fact when I track the delivery with Evri it says that they are still awaiting the parcel??? Asked for a refund since the start of January but this has been ignored. Now been offered a replacement, but honestly I just want my money back. Customer service has been shocking.

Hice un calendario día 6 de Enero y a día 21 sigo sin recibirlo y cuando pongo número de seguimiento me pone que está en Londres, vamos que llegará para junio a este paso. Encima no hay un teléfono de España para poder reclamar. Otra marca más conocida en 2 dias lo tienes en tu casa. Yo no repito ni se lo aconsejo a nadie. A día 24 de enero, no se han puesto en contacto conmigo ni me han contestado al email que mande a ese correo que me han dado... así que, no mientan y digan que lo van a resolver porque no es cierto. Devolverme el dinero.

Pessima esperienza. Ho ordinato e pagato il 26 novembre 2024 N. 5 calendari con il pagamento effettuato in due diverse riprese (come indicato da loro) per un totale di € 52,95. Ho ricevuto il 12 dicembre un solo Calendario anziché cinque. Impossibile contattare Printerpix. Le email tornano indietro o non hanno risposta. Ho aperto una contestazione con PayPal con cui ho effettuato i pagamenti, ma loro hanno risposto a PayPal che me li hanno consegnati. Veramente inaffidabili!! Al limite della truffa.
