Erste Anfrage wurde standardmäßig beantwortet, alles weitere ignoriert. Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. Nur Ärger und Rennerei im Nachhinein. Und ob ich mein Geld je wieder sehe steht auch noch in den Sternen.

United Kingdom | 21 January 2025Ordered a canvas which was actually delivered quite quickly however the print was not straight, the date was half cut off at the bottom and was incorrect, I have been trying for 3 weeks now to get a response that would actually help in getting the print remade however just keep getting the same automated response. The customer service is shocking! 100% guaranteed satisfaction… I think not!

United Kingdom | 21 January 2025I placed an order in mid-December for 3 photo prints but received an email a few days later saying it was delayed as they had inventory issues (This should have been the first warning - what printing company runs out of paper?) I emailed the 'escalations' email multiple times and received no response whatsoever; I was about to admit defeat and get my card company to conduct a chargeback, but out of the blue, I had a dispatch notification! Only took them a month to print and ship 3 prints. Delivery arrived and I cannot express how bad it is, of the three prints ordered, I only received one (order was for three prints of the same image), and the quality is appalling; print lines throughout the entire picture, very very poor quality inks and paper used even though I paid for the upgraded 'HD printing'. (I have printed a far superior version of the image on my home printer just to be sure the image wasn't the issue) I have gone back to my usual printers and won't never entertain these clowns again. I urge anyone looking to get prints done to avoid these scammers like the plague.

Do not use this company they take your money and not send you everything you ordered and take ages to reply to emails and you end up going round in circles. Send me missing prints or refund me

I am not waiting for it anymore, it was a Christmas present! I did contact them asking for a refund and I have not heard back from them. Keep your money safe. Worst experience ever. Update: Today, February 2025. I have not received my photobook nor my money back

I have reached out MULTIPLE times with zero response to the issue so nothing was ever rectified and I am left lacking a gift for my daughter for Christmas and a tiny little pixelated throw for my cat to sleep on. Finally get order but don't want it as said in e-mail to them , already had to buy different gift for Christmas. Order arrives and half is missing and the half we've got , we don't need. United Kingdom | 19 January 2025Ordered before Christmas and paid for rushed delivery so it would come in time. Then got an email 2 days later saying it would be delayed due to stock issues. Why was it available to buy if there was no stock? One part came 10 days later, after Christmas! Emailed to find out about the missing part as nothing was communicated on this. No reply, emailed again to an email address recommended on this, no reply! Emailed yet again to contact us, was told a ticket was raised. Part then came a month later and still no email response to ticket raised. Paid for a service I didn’t not receive and photo tile is not worth the price paid!

United Kingdom | 19 January 2025Terrible company. Just ignore and go somewhere like Photobox instead. I ordered from them before Christmas when they were still guaranteeing delivery before Christmas. They happily took my money for this but then didn’t deliver. They sent an email blaming ‘inventory shortages’. Customer service is non existent. I’ve followed up with them in 3 separate occasions about this and they haven’t replied at all. Honestly the quality of the product isn’t even that good. Photobox is better quality and just as good value.

United Kingdom | 18 January 2025Terrible company - STAY AWAY Bought gift vouchers as presents for daughters (3 x £50 (£150)). However these CANT be used for anything with a discount - and the entire site is all discounted! So when we selected what we wanted it came to £174 (leaving £24 to pay), we then entered the code and the price went up to £326!. Why do you even sell vouchers. No other business operates like this, Your a scam and full of crap.
