Scammers. I ordered 39 prints to arrive before Christmas. I received one print on the 28th December. I have chased the outstanding prints multiple times. Received a few replies saying that they'd had a technical issue and will send out the prints once resolved. I have since chased again and now they are just not replying. It's been 30 days. The prints were meant to be sent in 3. So effectively they have stolen my money. I would avoid this company. Their prices are too good to be true! I have since claimed the money back from PayPal. Refunded straight away. I've received a reply from printerpix saying they will get in touch with me personally to resolve this with me. It is now 3 weeks later and I have had no contact from them. This appears to be just more lies about their service!

Guaranteed delivery for Christmas & paid extra for "rush" production and delivery, only to receive package in January. Also promised partial refund and now the package has been delivered customer services are ignoring my emails. Horrendous - AVOID.

First time ordering from Printerpix for a multi photo calendar, the online tools were easier compared to some other companies. We were delighted to receive the new calendar about a week after - so far so good. Unfortunately, the calendar itself had ink smudges over 2 of the calendar pages. Tried contacting via their online ticketing system and have emailed but yet to receive any response. Looking at their Facebook page, it seems that I am one of the lucky ones - others either didn't receive their order or got the wrong order. Certainly won't be buying from them again.

Photobook arrived late and quality was very poor, sent a mail over 1 week ago but no response. Very poor would avoid

I have finally received my order. It arrived 22 days after I ordered it. It was too late for Christmas and for presents. This did not fulfill the order terms. I paid extra for rush delivery. This is unacceptable and I have had no response from you to resolve this. I have emailed the customer support team 3 times, but no reply. The rush delivery cost me £32 Please let me know how I am expected to proceed with this?

NI SE OS OCURRA PEDIR NADA. Empresa nefasta, mandan las cosas dobladas y mal empaquetadas. No responden mails . Responden por aquí pero siguen sin contestar mail, ni atender reclamaciones. La dirección que pone abajo no contestan, como tengas un problema te lo comes porque el servicio postventa no existe.

Ich habe am 6.12.24 eine Decke bestellt, habe bis heute nichts erhalten 17.1.25 totaler reinfall. Meine Emails werden auch quasi ignoriert und es kommt nichts sinnvolles bei rum. Bin echt enttäuscht, da es ein Weihnachtsgeschenk werden sollte

Don’t Buy from them !!!! Avoid this company, Ordered an A4 calender come in very bad quality eg photo quality and paper thickness the page print looks like it was used. They never respond after fews claim, I Will never use again!!!!

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Terrible service. Was told on the website guaranteed delivery for Xmas. Was told by email on Xmas eve that it won’t be delivered so I had to rush and find another service. Emailed several times to cancel and refund me before sending the item and no response. 3 weeks later it was dispatched and only today it was delivered and damaged. To this day no responses and contact. Avoid at all costs. Shocking experience and want a refund from this terrible company.

Para ser la primera vez que lo utilizo, una vergüenza. Hice un calendario el 22 de diciembre y a día de hoy 16 de enero aun no lo he recibido, y ponía en 4-7 días se realizaba el envío. El día 30 de diciembre mi calendario ha sido enviado, pero cuando llegue, utilizaré la mitad . No lo volveré a uttilizar.

Ho ordinato una coperta al 20 novembre pagato quasi 50€ ad oggi non so niente dopo varie telefonate sono riuscita a capire che è tornata al mittente da me non è mai arrivata. Ordered a custom calendar of recently deceased pet. Placed the order 22 December and was assured it would arrive in time for Christmas. I just needed it to arrive before the new year - was not bothered about Christmas delivery even though they assured this on their site and in emails. It's Midway into January before i finally received the calendar (not before I had to chase up the order myself - my order had been marked as ready to for shipping for two weeks before I had to chase them up to ship it myself. Then delays with Evri and Evri's policy is to get in contact with the seller if Evri have had your item for over 7 days which they had. Emailed multiple times with no response. Awful customer service. Item finally arrives and is extremely cheap quality - the calendar is double printed on each side - paper quality is cheap - just so disappointed. Avoid at all costs.

Aggiornamento del 7 febbraio 2025: Nessuna novità sull'ordine e nessun contatto: ma Printerpix esiste davvero? Ordine di n. 3 photo books fatto il 13 novembre 2024, in tempo per un pensiero di Natale. Siamo al 15 gennaio 2025 e non ho visto nulla. Ho aperto diverse segnalazioni ma la risposta è una email con testo automatico che prende tempo e promette interessamento. Una presa in giro. Ovviamente il pagamento è stato incassato immediatamente il giorno stesso dell'ordine. Vorrei le mie stampe o i soldi indietro.

I placed my order a month ago and never received it... I placed an order before Christmas with the website saying that my order will arrive before then. Not only was that not true, but my order never came. Despite trying to email and call the company multiple times, I have yet to receive any help with my order. I just want to find my order and get it to my parents for their gift, and Printerpix has made this the most challenging, frustrating task imaginable. I don't usually leave bad reviews or anything of that nature, but this has been so egregious that other people need to be aware of what they're getting into. Go elsewhere if you want a gift delivered on time, or delivered at all for that manner. EDIT: They replied to me about reaching out shortly to correct my order. It's been 4 days after their reply and still haven't heard back from anyone on the Printerpix team about actually finding a solution to the problem. So that's fun.
