Katastrophal, habe am 13.11 bestellt und bis heute noch nicht. Schreibt man den Kundenservice an, bekommt nur die Kurierverfolgung geschickt. Egal ob es deine Frage beantwortet oder nicht. Bin sehr unzufrieden! 26.01.2025 : Immer noch keine Ware. Keine hat mit mir Kontakt aufgenommen wie es versprochen wurde. Vorsicht Betrug!!! Möchte mein Geld wieder!!!

I ordered a photo book for my husbands birthday and it arrived with around 20 pages of photos… it was meant to have 140 but the rest of the book was blank.. Furious. I tried to email them and got automatic responses. Needless to say my husband didn’t get the birthday present on his birthday. I am still waiting for their response. Total con!

I made a mistake when starting a book and started it as a 20 page book, when my voucher was for a 40 page book. I called and received a "ticket number" on the 11th, but by the 15th, I hadn't heard back from them. I called again and got Mekail Stephen. He sorted the problem while I talked to him and I am once more on my way. Wonderful quick service with no more hassles.

Repito por centésima vez que realicé unos calendarios para Navidad con un pedido de 5 unidades (89.89€). el pago dio error por 2 veces en la tarjeta de crédito y finalmente fue aceptado por Visa de débito pero me lo han cobrada 3 veces, no hubo tal error. Contestan lamentando el incidente pero no dan ninguna solución al mismo. No volveré a trabajar con ellos!!

Don't do it. 1. Paid for expedited delivery - item never turned-up. 2. After I reported it, they sent a different item that I had not ordered. It arrived 3 weeks after the original delivery date. (Christmas, December 24). 3. Failed to answer emails. 4. Failed to refund the expedited charge. 5. Failed to refund the original item charge. 6. Failed to resolve the issue by phone. Appalling communication, disorganized delivery, trying to reach Customer Service was absolutely pointless. Oversea call center with pig-headed arrogant reps who refuse to take responsibility. Bad business. Go elsewhere. Seriously.

Wir haben am 01.01.25 eine Fotodecke bestellt. Bis heute haben wir keine Info bezüglich Versand erhalten. Vor einer Woche haben wir einen Fall bei Paypal eröffnet und es gab noch immer keine Rückmeldung. Für mich ist es Betrug!

HONEST REVIEW!! I ordered 3 items with this company in 2 separate orders, all Christmas gifts, paying the rushed delivery twice, to ensure as their website stated, the items would be delivered in time for Christmas Day. Of the 3 items only 1 arrived before Christmas, the other arriving on 30/12/24 following several emails to their "customer service" email address, and the third has yet to be received!! When the third item had not been delivered by 31/12/24 I contacted Ryan Adams at Printerpix once again, requesting a refund for the item, unless it had already been dispatched that day, and also advising Ryan that from 02/01/25 there would be no-one at my home address to receive the delivery. Having contacted the company on the morning of 02/01/25 requesting an update on either the refund or the item, and also having read some of their many negative customer reviews, I emailed Ryan yet again on the afternoon of 02/01/25 advising that if the matter was not resolved by the end of the week, I would engage the help of a consumer advice representative. Unsurprisingly, no attempt to contact myself to resolve the issue was made by the company, and so a further email was sent on 07/01/25 stating that a refund for the undelivered item was being sought, along with a 75% refund of the delivery fees, and compensation. Once again, this elicited no response from either the company, Ryan, nor Hannah,(due to the random robotic automated emails, I am unsure if Ryan or Hannah are actual humans or AI generated bots), however, in an astonishing turn of events, as I checked my personal emails at 4.30pm 2 days later on 09/01/25, I discovered an email containing a photo of what appeared to be my partial front door......with a parcel leaning against it!!! The email advised me that Evri had dutifully delivered my Printerpix parcel at 11.23 that morning......when I was actually out of the country!!! I immediately emailed Printerpix/Ryan/Hannah/AI Bots to advise that as I was not at my home address, and they had failed to inform me that the parcel was even being delivered that day so that I could try to make alternative arrangements, the parcel may either still be there upon my return, or it may be stolen (although not much use to anyone else, a random parcel left outside a door all day could well be a prospect too tempting to ignore for an opportunistic thief/children fooling around). I also advised that I would give 24 hours for the company to respond to my email, with some form of apology and admittance of inadequate customer service, carelessness, and negligence on their behalf, further stating that if no contact was made by the end of the 24 hour period, they left me no choice but to place an honest review on Trustpilot and any other review site, informing the public of the customer service and treatment to expect...... suffice to say my email undoubtedly was sent directly to trash, and no attempt to follow up this complaint has been made. As my parcel was no longer outside my front door upon my return, which was cut short the following day in an attempt to acquire the long awaited gift, I am now consulting on potential legal measures against this company. For me, it is no longer about the financial impact or burden of time to myself, but protecting others from enduring sub-standard treatment at the hands of unscrupulous profit-driven businesses who prioritise customer exploitation over maintaining integrity, fairness, and honour!!! If you take just 1 thing away from this honest review, please take heed of this warning and give this company a miss....or the next reviewer could be you.

Avoid this company. Ordered wall calendars which arrived damaged and very wet. Asked for refund and wanted to send the calendars back but no response. Not surprised this review page comes with a warning to say this company shared misinformation about information on the sight. Plenty of other sites available for same products and better service.

Avoid this company! Take your money but do not send you the items! I have sent 8 emails and phoned 5 times which took several hours to get through to someone. Two months later I still have not received my items! Appalling company!

Poor communication. Paid rush delivery for it to be over two weeks the date I ordered. I have emailed numerous of times and they have just been ignored. If you read other reviews so many customers have had the same issue I wish I did. I wouldn’t ever order from here again. Ignore there messages below they’ve no intention of wanting to sort it they’ve had 3 weeks or more to reply to my emails.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from PrinterPix.com. I placed an order (#64557473) for five custom calendars and paid for expedited shipping because the website promised delivery by 12/27. I paid $60 for shipping—more than the cost of the calendars themselves—because I trusted the delivery date provided. Despite being overnighted, the order didn’t arrive until 12/30. This delay forced me to ship the calendars individually to five separate locations, causing extra hassle and expense. To make matters worse, the calendars arrived with scratched covers due to poor packaging. I contacted customer service via email to request a full or partial refund, especially for the upgraded shipping cost, but I never received a response. I want to warn future customers: not only was the shipping cost outrageous, but the handling was careless, and their customer service is completely unresponsive. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Servizio pessimo, delusione totale. Ho acquistato su Printerpix un foto calendario da regalare per Natale. L'ordine n. 13770715, mai arrivato, risulta in spedizione ma nel sito dhl l'ultime notizie risalgono al 21/12 dove si trovava a Francoforte. Ho chiamato il servizo clienti di Dhl ma mi hanno detto che solo il mittente ( Printerpix) può rintracciare e farmi avere l'ordine. Allora ho scritto al servizio cliente di Printerpix , chiedendo la tempistica di arrivo o nel caso fosse stato perso la ristampa di quanto già pagato. Mi hanno risposto in maniera vaga che mi avrebbero fatto sapere qualcosa, ma è passato altri 7 giorni e nessuno mi ha contattato. Sto ancora spettando .....

Am 17.12. habe ich eine Bestellung bei PrinterPix aufgegeben. Es wurde damit geworben, dass die Bestellung sogar noch vor Weihnachten ankommen würde. Ich habe außerdem den Express-Zuschlag ausgewählt und bezahlt, der natürlich entsprechend mehr gekostet hat. Als am 24.12. keine Lieferung kam, kontaktierte ich den Support. Dieser antwortete relativ zeitnah, dass sich mein Auftrag noch in Produktion befinde und man sich melden würde, sobald das Paket unterwegs sei. Ich könne den Status meiner Bestellung auf der Website einsehen. Dieser zeigte, dass meine Bestellung fertiggestellt sei und sich in der Auslieferung befände. Am 30.12., als immer noch nichts angekommen war, kontaktierte ich den Support erneut. Dieses Mal erhielt ich keine Antwort. Am 7. Januar versuchte ich es wieder, doch auch diesmal blieb meine Anfrage unbeantwortet. Seltsamerweise erhielt ich nur einen Tag später, am 08.01., per Email die Bestätigung, dass mein Paket nun auf dem Weg sei. Der Versand verlief ohne Probleme, das Paket blieb nirgendwo stecken, wie man im Verlauf sehen konnte. Heute, am 14.01., wurde mir das Paket endlich zugestellt. Ich bin jedoch dermaßen enttäuscht von der Qualität des Produkts und dem gesamten Service. Ich habe eines der teuersten Produkte bestellt, die auf der Website verfügbar sind – die Sherpa-Fleecedecke – und dafür weit über 100 € bezahlt. Der Service war jedoch eine Katastrophe: Man wird als Kunde über den Status der Bestellung angelogen, es werden falsche Werbeversprechen gemacht, und der Support reagiert einfach nicht mehr. Der Druck auf der Decke ist katastrophal. Überall befinden sich Punkte und Flecken, wo keine Farbe hingekommen ist. Es sieht aus, als ob die Maschine verschmutzt war. Außerdem gibt es unbedruckte Knickfalten. Die Qualität der Decke selbst ist ebenfalls miserabel. Das Produkt wurde in einer typischen grauen Plastiktasche geliefert, ohne jeglichen Schutz oder Verpackung. Es wurde einfach lieblos hineingestopft. Auf der Website wird zudem mit falschen Bewertungen bei Trustpilot geworben, die offensichtlich nicht der Wahrheit entsprechen. Insgesamt habe ich selten so einen schlechten Service erlebt – und das für diesen Preis. Sehr enttäuschend.

Following my original complaint detailed below and the prompt reply it generated, I still have had no communication on my missing order! However they have managed to send me over 60 sales emails which I would consider excessive even if I wasn't so fed with up with the company I placed my order on 8th December which was aknowledged by Printerpix and payment was taken. The order never arrived, nobody would reply on my suppport ticket requests and here we are 6 weeks later with zero communication. Always give a company a chance to put something right but after 6 weeks, enough is enough. AI responsed do not count as customer service

Ich habe bei Printerpix eine Fotodecke bestellt. bereits am 9.12.2024. Es wurde eine Lieferzeit von 10-15 Werktagen vorhergesagt. Am 16.12. hat man noch Werbung gemacht, dass alles was noch bestellt wird vor dem 24.12. ankommt. Bis heute (14.01.2025) habe ich weder meine Decke noch das Geld zurück. Kurz vor Weihnachten habe ich auf der Statusseite gesehen, dass meine Decke noch produziert wird, jetzt wird angezeigt, dass meine Bestellnummer unbekannt ist. Anfangs hat man noch vereinzelt auf meine E-mails reagiert, seit 2 Wochen wird gar nicht mehr auf meine E-mails geantwortet. Ich habe jetzt Paypal eingeschaltet. mal sehen ob die mein Geld zurück bekommen. Neuer Status 20.01.2025: Nachdem ich bei PayPal den Fall eskaliert habe, wurden Versandinformationen übergeben und der Fall bei PayPal abgeschlossen. Die Versandinfomationen sind aber falsch. Unter der Sendungsnummer, die komischerweise auch die Auftragsnummer von PP ist, wurde 2019 eine 25.000 LBS schwere Sendung von den USA nach Jacksonville in Florida geschickt. Zudem soll die Ware am 19.1. zugestelltworden sein (Sonntags in Deutschland??). Nach einem Telefonat mit PayPal hat man dort erkannt, das Printerpix falsche Versandinformationen abgegeben hat und hat mir das Geld erstattet. Das ist mehr als nur unseriös. Angabe von falschen Versandinformationen bei PayPal werte ich als Betrugsversuch.

Do not use this company. I paid £16 for guaranteed delivery on the 24th and it didn’t arrive until the 28th. I have emailed several times to ask for a delivery refund and also messaged on Instagram. Terrible terrible company and a complete con. They take your money and don’t deliver and they don’t reply. They then reply on here to my horrendous review (see below) but I have heard nothing from them at all. Unbelievable.
