IO ho creato un fotolobro da 100 pagine scontato , quindi lo pagherei € 14.98 + s.spedizione. Quando cerco di pagarlo pero' mi esce l'importo pieno scontato del 50 e quindi arriverei ad un importo di €65. Contattati più volte ma mai nessuna risposta. Esperienze in merito? Qualcuno sa come devo fare?? (lo sconto che arriverebbe a € 14,98 non ha un codice sconto)

Ordered a calendar for Christmas on December 9th. Now January 13th and I have still not received the calendar. Had 2 emails from 2 different people saying it's on its way then nothing now for I don't know how long. Will stick with my usual calendar creator next Christmas. Absolutely terrible service and even worse communication.

I never received a confirmation email of my purchase, was never notified my item shipped. In eight days it will be a month since my purchase and I still have not received one of my items even though I have inquired about it several times. I will no longer be making purchases or referring customers to this company.

Absolutely shocking company! I ordered a photo blanket before Christmas as a Christmas present was buzzing had the delivery Christmas eve to open it to find a whole different family on my blanket. I'm absolutely guttered as this means someone else had my children's photos :( I emailed printerpix for a poor response I got called the wrong name and didn't get anywhere. They asked for proof I sent proof. I rang the company for them to finally agree to a refund however 8-10 days has passed and still not recieved a refund. £65 is a lot to loose let alone a Christmas present I was really hoping to recieve. I have looked at several other reviews now and I wish I'd never purchased from this company. Disgusting customer service!!!

Ordered an A3 calender costing almost £40 with our wedding pictures. Arrived and it's flimsy thin paper. You can't track back through to order to look at specifications eg photo quality and paper thickness as orders are only shown as numbers. It's not even worth £5 never mind £40. Will never use again!

My family members never got their Christmas presents. You guys said that everything was blank, and you would be crediting my account. All I see is a charge and no refund. I wonder if this is a real business.

Pedí unos calendarios el 17 de Enero, estamos a 13 de Febrero y aun no han llegado. Me parece un tiempo excesivo.

I placed an order on Novemeber 5th. I have still not received the order after making payment. The website says 24/7 customer support, this clearly isn't true. I have emailed multiple times, created enquiry tickets. I get the same automated response telling me my parcel is on its way. I thought ordering in Novemeber was plenty of time for a Christmas present! Well over 2 months later and still nothing. There is no phone number to ring, just an email and bot. I am now at a point where I feel this company has essentially stolen from me! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I’d give a zero star if I could. Its been over a month since I made a purchase and still nothing. I’ve reached out for support and was not helpful at all. I will never order from this site again!!!!!!!

Decided to go with this company because of the customization of dates that you can add to a calendar. Ordered December 15th, paid for rush shipping, received an email the 19th that my order shipped, only to have the calendar delivered December 29th. When the site clearly started “ Orders placed for Christmas delivery will be manufactured and shipped to arrive in time for Christmas”. While the photos came out beautiful, which was expected because I paid for HD printing, I noticed the custom dates that I imputed were not printed. I have now for over a week have been trying to get this situation remedied. I submitted a ticked, followed all that was asked, sent in pictures and heard nothing for a week. Finally got a response only to be told it’s my fault for not saving the dates properly when I indeed saved each date and triple checked before placing the order. Mind you the site is extremely misleading as there were several times when I had to redo ALL the dates because they did not save when I in fact saved them after each input. This was not a cheap product and it’s very disappointing to have paid for something and not receive what I paid for. It truly is a disappointment that the customer service regarding this has just been terrible in helping to resolve this situation and only wants to place blame on the customer.

Très mauvaise expérience, calendriers commandés le 15 dec, le site promettait une livraison avant Noël, je les reçois le 8 janvier après plusieurs relances... Service client médiocre, réponse par une IA, pas de suivi, ni même un dédommagement pour les retards de livraison.Je ne recommande pas ce site!

DO NOT ORDER HERE. Ordered my photo tiles on the 29th December and paid extra for a rush order. I have yet to receive my order that cost me quite a lot of money!! I’ve put multiple requests on the website for someone to contact me regarding my order and I have received absolutely no communication back. The customer service is horrendous and it’s a very misleading site. I wish I checked the reviews before ordering. DISGUSTING. will I ever get my order? Who knows.

Ogni anno compriamo da Printerpix i foto calendari da regalare alla famiglia come tradizione. L'anno scorso abbiamo pagato la spedizione veloce, ma sono arrivati in ritardo, già questo doveva allertarci. Quest'anno abbiamo fatto 2 ordini il 3/12, uno è arrivato perfetto e l'altro ordine 13765009, mai arrivato. Ormai siamo a gennaio direi che sia andato perso. Scritto al servizio clienti mi è arrivata una risposta vaga e nulla più! Peccato perché i calendari erano proprio belli, ma servizio pessimo e con quello che costano quest'anno direi che sarà l'ultima volta! Almeno ristampare e farceli avere sarebbe stato il minimo sindacale!!

Absolutely ridiculous! I ordered a customized gift on their website on 17/12/24. I paid EXTRA money to have it delivered on 20/12. I ended up getting it 10 DAYS LATER (this was supposed to be a Christmas present). Their delivery partner, Evri, is awful as well. They gave me an estimated delivery time, on the day of delivery. They then proceeded to change it a few hours before the announced time to make it an EARLIER time at which I wasn't gonna be at home because I was at work. They then came back days later on 30/12 only to deliver the package TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. Printerprix are liars, Evri are clowns, just run away. I also almost forgot to mention the OUTRAGEOUS spamming of promotional emails from Printerprix that I had obviously not asked for...

I ordered a set of two latte mugs for a Christmas present from a baby who was taken from its parents… only 1 mug turned up and I paid over £25 for them with a discount, should have been over £40!! I have tried to get in contact but no one replies! Great quality mug for the one I had, but I would never buy anything from here ever again!!
