Ordered a pack of 5 calendars before Christmas to give as gifts to family, I was only sent one calendar. Apparently when ordering a pack of 5 you have to put 5 pack of fives in the basket which make no logical sense. Spoke to customer service via email and as a good will gesture would send the rest of my calendars for free but I would have to pay for shipping a second time I paid this invoice as at this point I just wanted the calendars. This was in December and I’m still waiting now for the rest to be sent have no communication from customer services after they received my second payment and no communication since emailing since

C'est un site qui n'est pas fiable et je vais me faire plaisir de faire la pub que c'est une arnaque, j'ai commandé avant Noël et on m'a promis que ça va être livré avant Noël et nous sommes le 14 janvier, toujours rien.Si il n'y a pas de remboursement d'ici la fin de la semaine, je porte plainte contre ce site

I ordered a blanket and it said it would be shipped out and delivered in about 2-3 days. I got a confirmation email saying my order would not even be processed for up to 9 days. I sent an email within 30 minutes after placing my order asking for my purchase to be canceled due to the fact that I needed my blanket before then. I never did receive a response, tried calling no answer and I still am waiting to hear from them over a month later.

Ich habe am 16.12.24 bestellt und heute am 14.1.25 immernoch keine lieferung erhalten. Ich habe express Lieferung bezahlt für 13.99 Euro wo garantiert werden soll das sie Bestellung innerhalb von 3 Tagen da wäre. Ich habe noch nie eine schlechte bewertung abgegeben aber diesmal möchte ich dies tun... ich kann von der seite nur dringlichst abraten...

Terrible service! Received my item after a whole month. Was told I would be refunded the shipping, still no refund. Item came in with a glossy cover when I paid extra for it to be matte. The pictures of the book have a weird blue hue and is not black and white like I ordered it to be. Highly dissapointed and have requested a refund. Also wrote a previous review before receiving my item and was told someone would contact me and no one did.

Unfortunately ordering from this company is like flipping a coin. You don’t know what you’re gonna get. I previously ordered a 2024 calendar and it was great. Because it was great, I trusted the company enough to order 2 custom 2025 calendars for $80, and they arrived printed on the wrong paper. I paid for extra matte paper, like last years calendar, and they sent me calendars on thin, flimsy, and shiny paper that can only be written on with a sharpie. I’m sad I paid for extra matte paper and did not get what I paid for. I emailed customer service for weeks and never even got a response.

Am 16.12.2024 eine Fotodecke bestellt und bis heute immer noch nichts erhalten. Wie bei vielen hier, wird auf E-Mails nur mit einer automatisierten Antwort reagiert. Schauen wir mal, was uns die Eröffnung eines Falls bei Paypal bringt.

The online process for making a photo book was confusing. I had to use one folder for 5 different books. I contacted your company by chat & phone to ask if I could mail books to Germany & if I could send them all in one bulk box. I was told yes to both questions. When I got all 5 photo books done and went to the cart, I did not see that I could send to Germany. When I called the company, they said I was in the wrong website and my work could not be moved to the other website. I would have to start all over making my 5 books. I had to have them sent individually to my address (not able to send in bulk as earlier said I could). Once received, then I had to box up my books and then mail by USPS to Germany. Having to pay $65 + $84 = $149 to get my photo books to Germany. I will not use your website again.

I ordered the same material as before and it was thicker. I selected repeat order with a different picture and 60x50 polar fleece blanket. Not happy with the thickness as I was under the impression I was getting the thinner fleece

Very slow service and who knows when they will deliver the product. I don't recommend them at all. should have delivered the product on 10-Jan and today 13-Jan production not even been completed

I have ordered from Printerpix several times in the past and been happy but I will never order from them again. I WAS PROMISED MY ORDER BY CHRISTMAS AND DIDN'T GET IT! Their attitude is too bad so sad! They have offered me $10 off my next order. Not acceptable! Now they have stopped responding to my emails- completely ghosting me! I am done with Printerpix. Don’t order from them if you want your items in a timely matter and don't believe them! They don't stand behind their guarantee!

Achtung!!! Ware nicht erhalten und versuchter Betrug! Am 16.12.2024 bestellt mit liefergarantie zum 23.12.2024. Bis heute nichts geliefert. Auf emails kamen nur automatisierte standardantworten. Kein anderer kontakt möglich. Nachdem ein fall bei paypal auf käuferschutz eröffnet wurde kam erst auch keine antwort. Erst ein tag vor ablauf der frist hat der verkäufer eine falsche sendungsnummer an paypal geschickt um den fall zu seinen gunsten entscheiden zu lassen. Zum glück konnte ich wiederruf einlegen obwohl der fall schon abgeschlossen war und paypal davon überzeugen, dass die sendungsnummer nicht existiert. Vorsicht!!!

Ya no se que hacer. Me han cobrado un pedido que ni me envían ni me devuelven el dinero. El pedido se realizó el pasado 18 de diciembre y transcurrido casi un mes, después de decirme que han abierto un ticket, nada de nada. Envío correos para que me informen del estado de la reclamación y no contestan. Los únicos mensajes que contestan muy amablemente son los que escribo a esta plataforma. Responden inmediatamente, posiblemente mediante un sistema de IA, pero después de ello no hay ninguna acción concreta. En ningún caso recomendaría compras a través de esta web.

Quise comprar una taza y al poner los datos de mi targeta me cobraron en el banco pero en la pagina web ponia que habia sido transacción denegada que pusiera los datos de nuevo para voler a cargar el dinero. Les escribi y no me han dado respuesta no lo recomiendo

Ordered a calendar that was supposed to arrive before Christmas. When a week went by and I reached out to customer service, it started taking a couple days and constant reminders to get any response. After a couple weeks of trying to email back and forth, they stopped responding all together.

I ordered a metal print for my son for Xmas. I sent the pic and I received my order fairly quick. But the quality of the picture was horrible and not similar to the pic I sent. Very dark and can’t distinguish between the silhouettes and the mountain. I emailed them and sent them proof. It took them a long time to reply and the first time they didn’t do anything about it. The second they told me it is exactly like the picture I sent them. She even attached the pic to the email! Comparing them side by side it’s so obvious their print isn’t even a quality print I would hang up or give as a gift. So angry that they won’t stand by their guaranteed and refund me. I want to return their crappy metal print!

Honestly maybe a little cheaper quality than I expected. Got a calender and it's flimsier than I imagined. Probably wouldn't order through them again because my order was super delayed and I wasnt getting many updates without reaching out. The website advertised items would arrive by Christmas if we ordered by 12/18. I ordered 12/5 and got it 1/10. And I paid extra for rush handling. They emailed me saying my order is delayed like 2 days before Christmas. I understand holidays are busy and stuff happens, but don't tell your customers you can fulfill their order by a certain time, let them know the last minute that you can't, and then continue to delay it another 2 weeks. At least keep them updated. I also would've appreciated getting my rush handling fee back. I followed up before it shipped and got what looked like an automated response just telling me they're working on it and it should go out soon so don't email back again because it won't be any help.

J'ai commandé deux calendriers pour offrir que j'ai payé 38 euros le 31 décembre. Habituellement, 16 ans que je les commandé sur le site photobox et aucun problème, j'ai voulu changer je n'aurai pas du. J'ai bien été débitée, pas de suivi, une seule réponse à mon mail automatique pour dire qu'ils sont désolés. Pas de possibilité de les joindre par téléphone. Je souhaite être remboursée et j'attends une réponse très rapidement!!!
