Germany | 09 January 2025Ich habe am 16.12.24 bestellt. Und bis heute kein Update bekommen. Habe nun einen Fall bei PayPal eingeleitet.. ich hab eine Übergroße Decke bestellt. Der Kundenservice ist auch nicht zu erreichen nur über ein automatisches antwort system.. in der Abfrage steht das Geschenk würde pünktlich vor Weihnachten kommen.. HEUTE IST DER 09.01.2025 Ich bin wirklich sauer und enttäuscht.

United Kingdom | 09 January 2025Absolutely terrible customer service, I ordered a calendar for a Christmas present opened on the day to find that it only had a few photos in, which is disappointing but can happen. Since I have emailed 3 times no response other than the automatic reply they will respond within 24-48 hours tried to call no answer. To make it worse I have marketing emails most days and emails to order another calendar which shows all pictures. I'm so disappointed that I have had no response at all regarding my issue.

United Kingdom | 09 January 2025Absolutely terrible customer service (when someone actually answers) I ordered a canvas, it arrived with a small flaw at the top. (2.5 inch white void long) where black ink should be so in a subtle place but not subtle due to contrast. 2nd Dec Tried calling about 1300. Rang forn15 mins, someone picked up then hung up. Emailed again chasing from saturday 3rd Dec Called 11.30 approx spoke to Kevin who said he will order me a replacement for the different orientation. Asked if he wanted me to pay the difference, he said not necessary as there was a flaw in the original and I will receive email confirmation in 30 mins approx Guess what... no email. Filed a return with PayPal stating above and including the quote on printerpix own website on the home page where they state if there is any problems they will sort it even if that involves a reprint. I shared all this info with paypal and they refused my claim saying it wasnt enough of a flaw. It wouldn't have been as bad if it had been bought cheaper via Groupon or wowcher but I paid full price. Wish I would've read the reviews here first

Le service client ne me répond plus depuis, alors que je demande simplement le remboursement de la livraison rapide. Une fois la couverture reçue, très déçue par la qualité. Je ne recommande pas ce site.

Pour prendre l’argent des gens vous êtes les meilleurs mais pour le reste … 😡😡😡 Quelqu’un doit me contacter soit disant … je m’en fou que l’on m’appelle je veux juste mon colis moi !!!

Not only did my order fail to arrive, but I’ve also received zero communication from them despite emailing seven times. This company is a complete scam. They take your money and provide nothing in return—no products, no updates, and absolutely no customer service. Their lack of accountability and responsiveness is appalling. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs. There are far more reliable businesses out there that actually care about their customers. Don’t fall for this scam.

Purchased a calendar and the quality was awful despite paying extra for ‘premium paper’ which was as thin and nasty as tissue paper. Tried to email to express my disappointment (calendar was supposed to be a Christmas gift so paid for next day delivery) and couldn’t even give it as a gift as it was too embarrassed as the quality was that bad! Emails expressing my disappointment were ignored (I sent several) will NEVER be using this company again! And bet that no one else does. Completely not compassionate and unprofessional scammers!!!

After ordering a photo blanket as what was supposed to be a comforting Christmas gift to my mum containing photos of my father who recently passed away, the item arrived so faulty I was too ashamed to gift it. I had paid even more to get hd printing but the printing seemed to have been done with the blanket creased up and so had white lines all over the precious photographs. After a nightmare of trying to get a response, I eventually got a reply and a replacement item was sent. The replacement blanket is even worse. To me it feels like a Direct insult, causing even more upset to a grieving family even though there was a chance to solve the matter it was just made worse. Now once again I cannot get a response to get a refund and so I'm left around £90 out of pocket with a blanket that's just upsetting to look at and no use as a gift

Nous sommes le 10 /01 Je veux être rembourser !!!!!? Sous peine de plainte et mauvaise publicité !!! C est n'importe quoi !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Je suis dégoûter !!!!!!

United Kingdom | 09 January 2025I ordered a picture blanket and was advised that this was shipped. The shipping company then lost the item and told me to contact printerpix to advise them. I did this and have done now several times and they have just stopped replying. Very disappointed and £35 out of pocket.

France | 09 January 2025Commande passé le 29 novembre pour des calendriers j’ai jamais reçu ma commande. Aucun service clients personne ne répond aux mails, le suivis de la commande ne marche pas. On peut donc pas se faire rembourser.. ils disent toujours qu’ils vont vous contacter mais ce n’est pas vrai. Un conseil ne commander jamais sur ce site !!!!!

It was a very important christmas gift. christmas eve came, my item was still not delivered. Tried to call and was put on hold multiple times for multiple hours. It’s january 8th and my item has still not come and they are refusing to give me a refund for my item which i have still not received.

United States | 09 January 2025I tried to purchase my gift several time and it charged me each time, however, after a few tickets to the company, go to find out, after me telling them, that PayPal isn't working. After being charged and going back and forth, they didn't tell me this, I figured it out and it was very frustrating. Poor customer service and unfortunately I can't even give a product review because I was not able to purchase.

United States | 09 January 2025The quality of these prints are not worth the money I paid. I have ordered from other companies and have been very satisfied. The glare is horrible, the colors and texture are inferior and there is no mounting block. I will never order from you again.

United Kingdom | 09 January 2025Order 3 Callander of the UK company,to celebrate my first great granddaughter on the 14 th December for Xmas ,for my wife daughter and daughter in law sent them emails 3 in total to say I have still not received them I Olso contacted the courier and they said I should contact them for refund (still nothing) I even sent them a screen shot of the shipping web site ,that saying it’s lost parcel (still nothing) the very sad thing is ( we lost the baby 29 days later ) the Callander still have not arrived I fell very sad that I still have to chase this up at our very sad times
