I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Printerpix. Order 44895199: I was told on 21/12/24 by Emma Grace that this order would be cancelled and refunded so I could reorder with postage that guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas. Despite this, the calendar was dispatched anyway, and I have yet to receive the promised refund for both the calendar and postage. Order 44895415: After being assured the previous order was cancelled, I reordered with the correct postage to ensure Christmas delivery. The website guaranteed delivery before Christmas, but it didn’t arrive until 28/12—completely missing the occasion. I emailed on 30/12 to request a refund for the rush delivery charge, but my email has been ignored. I will continue to chase these refunds, but given the lack of communication and poor handling of my complaints so far, I fear I will never get my money back. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish, with broken promises, poor communication, and an apparent disregard for customer service. I would not recommend Printerpix to anyone.

25 January 2025: I received a response saying that the print error WAS WITHIN ACCEPTABLE PRINT PARAMETERS. I AM NOT SATISFIED AND WANT A FULL REFUND OF MY MONEY FOR THIS PURCHASE. PLEASE REFUND MY PURCHASE IMMEDIATELY AND SEND THE SHIPPING LABEL SO I CAN SEND THIS CRAP BACK TO YOU. Thank you, Michelle Ferrier 10 December 2024: I have still not gotten resolution to the printing error from OCTOBER 2024. The reprint was WORSE than the original and I've gotten NO RESPONSE to my queries via email since the telephone number was removed from the Contact Us on the website. I would like a return and refund of all my orders...that would be a satisfactory end to a terrible customer service experience. EDIT AFTER JOEY'S RESPONSE FROM PRINTERPIX... It is now January 20, 2025 and I STILL have not received successful response nor resolution of this issue. I would like a FULL REFUND for the purchase...No makegoods or reprints, just my money back for all the time put into getting this resolved. Please refund my money. 20 January 2025

I had purchased an item with the express (next day) delivery option with the intention to provide this as a gift. The item arrived 6 days later at which point I had arranged an alternative gift. Upon contacting customer support multiple times to arrange a return I was met with duplicated responses simply stating the order had arrived and was not provided with return/refund instructions.

He realizado un calendario personalizado, de fácil edición, pero al hacer el pago da error en la pagina por lo que no recibo la confirmación del pedido. Lo que si tengo retenido es el dinero de los dos pagos. Espero explicaciones de Printerpix. Tras 2 semanas con el dinero retenido, se procede a devolución. Hay que reconocer que Printerpix se comunicó conmigo con cierta agilidad sugiriendo pago con Paypal, pero si el pago con tarjeta les genera problemas no deberían de darlo como opción.

As post below I have placed order with you and paid for faster delivery to get order before Christmas and that never happened. On 14 December I have received email saying that you are accepting my cancellation due to your fault and I shud receive money refund within 8-10 working days. To my surprise (not) that refound was placed on hold as allegedly I have magically received the order being at that time abroad and now I have to prove that wasn't delivered and need to sign some forms/declaration for not received delivery when I CANCELLED the order. Two different thing. Don't even try to call customer service as they will probably lie as they done it to me multiple times.

NO COMPRES ES UNA ESTAFA, de hecho la pagina si te das cuenta no tiene contacto, las paginas de soporte no funcionan, no hay mails de contacto, las redes no permiten comentarios. Lo tienen muy bien montado para que parece fiable pero es un timo. Ademas tal cual haces el pedido te dan un numero que ni existe y en su web te dicen que no tienen nada con ellos ACTUALIZACION: Aunque aquí han respondido y me han dado una dirección, he escrito y no ha habido ninguna respuesta. Obviamente, ni rastro de mi pedido ni nada.

Commande passée le 8 dec pour cadeau de Noel pas reçue a ce jour les mails restent sans réponse, j ai du en faire au moins 6, j ai appelle a plusieurs reprises en Angleterre, en Hollande ils m ont dit de patienter...le no de tel de France ne repond pas, DHL me renvoye vers pinterpix etc... J ai demandé le remboursement mais toujours aucun retour...Service client inexistant Dommage, très mauvaise experience, alors que je voulais commander encore 2 couvertures...

Site frauduleux comme beaucoup de sites anglais d'ailleurs... Personne au chat et ligne téléphonique sans personne. Même avec l'IA ils sont nuls. Commande jamais reçue et aucun numéro de suivi ni nom du transporteur. Juste un numéro de commande qui ne sert à rien. Je signale ce site de M----. ZERO ETOILE mais on ne peut pas bien-sûr

Super bummed, as I ordered two calendars from them. One of them was great, and the other was completely wrong, people's heads cut off and whatnot. I have e-mailed customer service 3-4 times to get this corrected, and have heard nothing. All I want is my project corrected, but they have ignored me to this point.

I places an order for tile prints of over $100 on Black Friday. The website promised delivery before Christmas and scheduled it to arrive by December 9th. It still has not arrived as of Jan 7th. Customer service stopped responding to my emails and UPS told us they never received the package. This company has done horrible at engaging with customers to correct their mistakes

If I could give 0 I would. Avoid this company like the plague. Photo prints were an awful quality and colours were insipid. I didn’t receive my photo calendars either for Christmas. Order was placed on 19th December for the calendars and still not arrived. So disappointed and such a total waste of money which I needed.

Let me first preface, I do not write reviews as I like to give companies the benefit of the doubt, but my use and engagement with this company but has been nothing short of feeling (likely being) scammed. Someone used deplorable as an adjective, I second that! Printerpix should ultimately be ashamed of their business practices and lack of sincere and personal customer service experiences and resolutions.... which there are "none". I did not use a voucher or coupon as many have referenced, I paid full price of $70+ for a calendar (yep, a calendar!), and I paid an additional $16.99 or $19.99 for expedited shipping, and still have yet to receive what was supposed to be a special holiday gift for my father. After multiple communications by email (4-5) and an inability to reach anyone by phone, the auto response with the same person's name on it "Hanna Mae" is returned immediately with a fake/scam-like link. The link goes nowhere and to a blank screen. Since my order was placed 18-20 days ago, below is the message in the tracking section of my order: Your parcel has been passed onto the courier. You will receive further updates once your package is out for delivery. I won't hold my breath! This is the first, and last, time I'll be using this service. I'll also be reporting them to the BBB, and challenging my charges that of course were immediately charged on the day of my order. I highly, highly, highly suggest you not use this online service.

DO NOT USE!! Used the UK company and sent 1 picture from a 14 picture order. I then re ordered as was desperate to receive before Xmas, paid the extra postage cost with guarantee of Christmas delivery, have only just received (Jan 7th). Photos are dull and poor quality as well and to top it off they don't reply to any emails when you question why you've not received your order and ask for a refund. Absolute con merchants! In all I'm out over 30 quid for 15 terribly printed photos

I received a Groupon to use this service. I ordered a canvas photo print. I was sent an email stating that the print had shipped but the tracking number didn’t work. When I reached out to the company they were not helpful. That chat function glitched. I did get one email from them but subsequent communication from me went ignored and I have never received either the picture or a refund. Would not work with this company again.

Ayer realicé un pedido y en el momento del pago me daba error. Me han cobrado dos veces el pedido y no aparece en ningún sitio que se haya efectuado. No hay forma de contactar con ellos ni localizar el pedido, por lo que parece que es una estafa. Ya he hablado con mi banco para realizar una denuncia contra la empresa.

This was my first time using printerpix and i didn't know much about the company. It was also my first time creating a photo book like this. It was a little hard to figure it out and took me a long time to get it where i wanted it all (uploading the photos was kind of a pain, but got there in the end!). After i submitted it and was waiting, i started reading some reviews... which made me very nervous then, as there were a number of bad reviews on there about the quality of pics. I was absolutely floored though when my book came- it turned out absolutely beautifully!!! The pictures were clear and crisp, it all looked amazing and exactly as I'd laid it out (no cropping or alterations, except maybe even better/ clearer!). Everyone was very impressed, and my husband loved his gift!!! This will definitely be a keeper on our coffee table! Thank you for great service, i definitely recommend!!!

Vorrei dare 0 stelle ma non è possibile. Ho ordinato 5 calendari a inizi dicembre che avrei dovuto regalare a natale ma ad oggi (7 Gennaio) non li ho ancora ricevuti. Ho scritto più volte al servizio clienti i quali mi hanno risposto una sola volta dicendo che avrbbero verificato. Ora non so più a chi rivolgermi per avere la restituizione dei soldi che ho pagato. Pessimo servizio - mai più
