Received an email on the 23rd Dec saying my order was delayed, gave an email address for further support njescalations at printerpix.com whom I emailed straight away to ask for a refund on the expedited fee as obviously my order was not expedited. Have sent 3 further emails to their customer services email and have not received a response at all or my order to date. When looking at the order tracking my order was having its 'finishing touches' on the 22nd Dec, so where is it?

Italy | 07 January 2025Ho ordinato un calendario e ho ricevuto un ottimo prodotto, in condizioni perfette e corrispondente alle mie aspettative, entro i tempi di attesa specificati nelle condizioni generali di vendita. Da migliorare la comunicazione: la conferma d'ordine riportava 7 giorni lavorativi di attesa, mentre nelle condizioni generali di vendita è specificato che la consegna può richiederne anche 15. Sarebbe meglio evitare questa discrepanza e dare al cliente un termine univoco per evitare reclami.

El pedido aparece en la lista de pedidos realizados en mi cuenta de usuario, pero el tracking del mismo indica permanentemente "NUMERO INVALIDO"; el formulario de contacto en la web devuelve siempre error; no responden a ningún email que hemos enviado; el teléfono 938002083 directamente no existe, y no hay forma de que tras minutos y minutos de espera nadie responda al teléfono 00442088390854 indicado expresamente como "único método admitido" para cancelaciones. Una auténtica ESTAFA. Si no se nos devuelve el dinero ni recibimos respuesta alguna a lo largo de este mes de enero, se denunciará a la Policía. -- Order #12436566 in printerpix.es placed on 12/28/2024 at 11:46 AM. Charged €32.83 to my card by "Printerpix Uk L (Middlesex, UK)". The order appears in the list of orders placed in my user account, but the tracking number constantly shows as "INVALID NUMBER"; the contact-us form always returns an error; they do not respond to any emails we have sent; the phone number 938002083 does not exist, and there is no way, after minutes and minutes of waiting, for anyone to answer the phone 00442088390854, which is expressly indicated as the "only accepted method" for cancellations. A complete SCAM. If we do not receive a refund or any response throughout this month of January, we will report it to the Police.

United States | 07 January 2025I had a sherpa blanket made with photos of my sweet doggie that crossed the rainbow bridge. I love the blanket so much. It is nice and warm. The quality is excellent, and the photos are clear and colorful. My friends loved it so much that they ordered on with photos of their doggie.

United States | 07 January 2025There was a problem with communication. I placed the order and received a delivery date of 12/17. I received an email indicating that I needed to redeem this item soon or lose it around 12/18. Thinking that the order never went through, my husband purchased Christmas cards and sent them out on Saturday, 12/21. We received them on Monday. I still have them. (I now see a confirmation of delivery on another email.)

United States | 07 January 2025Billed my credit card for a photo book order, got an email that it wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas even though it’s promised by Christmas. I understand problems arise and I was understanding, however, I have emailed several times for an update and have yet to receive any response at all. I will have to open up a case to dispute these charges if I don’t get some sort of update or credit for my order.

United States | 07 January 2025Used a groupon for a custom metal print and hanging kit I had to pay extra for. Order was placed on Oct 24 no shipping details provided. Contacted printerpix on 11/4 and kept getting auto responses to the point they blocked my email address. Finally sent shipping details and received the metal print on 11/10. The quality wasn’t great and no “get it ready to hang” kit included. To this day I have a metal print and they refuse to send me the hanging kit I paid extra for. I have contacted them via freshdesk and their forms, multiple emails - some of which don’t work or deliberately block me. Don’t be scammed like I was.

United States | 07 January 2025I usually don’t leave reviews but my experience with this company was that TERRIBLE! that I needed to share my experience with others. I order 3 calendars - their website said if you order today your item will arrive on .. /Nov/24, Well… Please don’t trust that! It was a really important gift I didn’t get it. I received it over a month after it was supposed to arrive! I sent emails prior to the date I needed it , to try to speed up the process but nothing. 0 client support, No refund. Very unpleasant experience.

My order has been delivered to an incorrect address, I have been contacting printerpix for 16 days without a response other than a generic email. I've created a ticket via the website, emailed 2 different email addresses and tried calling the only number I could find for them and was on hold for over half an hour with no answer!! What a waste of time and money!!

United Kingdom | 06 January 2025I don't recommend them. Hello. I ordered 29 dec. but not arrived. I paid for express delivery, it should have arrived by now, but it still hasn't arrived. I checked the delivery progress, but there has been no movement since the 29th. I wrote to the carrier (Evri) and they said they hadn't received the package yet. I have written several messages but I have not received any meaningful helpful answers, only automatic messages. I am not happy.

United States | 06 January 2025This company is deplorable. I ordered a tabletop slate picture on 12/17 and haven’t received it. I’ve sent multiple emails to customer service and haven’t received a response, although I get a marketing email from them at least once a day. Today, I logged into my account, and my order and my project have disappeared. Tracking isn’t working and my MIL is still waiting on her Christmas gift. It’s so embarrassing and absolutely horrible, shady business practices. Printerpix is a scam. Do not order from them.

United Kingdom | 06 January 202528 unanswered emails so far and I am so disappointed. Bought a 'guaranteed before Christmas delivery' present for my son to give to his mother as a Christmas present. Paid £103 for a photo book and extra coat for rushed delivery. It is now 6th January and I have heard nothing from these scammers. I have been emailing every day since 24th December and I haven't heard anything from them. This has to be a scam and I have lost money... it seems I am not the only one after reading many more reviews here about the same scenario. Plus I have been emailing at least twice a day since 30th December to ask to get my delivery address changed because I left the holiday home I was staying in over Christmas. But of course I have heard nothing from this scam company. So I don't think my son will ever be able to give his mother her Christmas present because we aren't there to receive it. I will be contacting my bank today to report this scam and hope to get my money back. Please please please never spend a penny on this company, it is clear they are operating an illegal operation and scamming us all. Please Printerpix, do not dare send me a fake reply here making out you care! Reply to me on one of the 28 emails I have sent to you and resolutions@ team and give me money back you scammers!

United States | 06 January 2025I did a review on Dec. 21st and Lina in customer service apologized and said she would handle my order if I wanted to reorder the ornaments, I gave her the go ahead and didn’t get an ok that she would process my order. Well, I have sent several emails and I finally said please refund my money since Christmas has come and gone. No response and no refund. I will file a dispute with my bank in the morning. I did have some beautiful blankets made with them. I don’t know what happened but for no one to respond to my several emails that is not acceptable business

Commande passée le 6 décembre pour une couverture sherpa personnalisé...Deux fois que je les contact par mail, et mise à part leur réponse se de mail automatique je n'ai rien du tout! Ni réponse et ni commande !! De base c'était pour un cadeau de Noël...au final je n'ai rien eu du tout! Franchement je ne recommanderai pas du tout ce site et je vais bloquer les paiements si je n'ai toujours aucune réponse de leur part!
